The apartment features a double bed with new, extremely comfortable bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a storage space, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a sitting area, TV and WIFI access.

As you enter the apartment, you'll find :

Getting Around:
Arrival Guide

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG):
Take the RER B train toward Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and alight at Gare du Nord.

From Gare du Nord, it’s a short walk or a quick metro ride on Line 5 to Jacques Bonsergent, the nearest station to our property.

From Orly Airport (ORY):
Board the Orlyval light rail to Antony station.
Transfer to the RER B train toward Aéroport Charles de Gaulle/Mitry-Claye and stop at Gare du Nord.
Follow the same steps as above to reach Jacques Bonsergent.

By Train:
If arriving by train, Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est are the closest major stations. From either, you can walk, take a short cab ride, or use the metro to get to our property.

Nearby Public Transportation:
Metro:
The nearest metro station is Jacques Bonsergent (Line 5), which offers direct connections to many of Paris's iconic landmarks.

Bus:
Several bus routes operate nearby, ensuring easy access to different parts of the city.

Vélib' Stations:

Bed linen and towels are provided, offering you the utmost comfort and convenience during your stay.
Professional housekeeping services will be offered on both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.
If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.

Family-Friendly Services :
If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.

Check-In and Check-Out :
Check-in time is between 2:00pm and 9:00pm. A 20€ fee is applicable for late check-ins until midnight. Access will be granted after 9:30am the next day for check-ins after midnight.
For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.

Deposit Requirement :
A deposit of €150 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional fees:
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.

We would like to emphasize that this situation, beyond our control, does not hold us liable, and therefore, we will not be able to accept any requests for compensation for any inconvenience caused.

Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We're not responsible for connection malfunctions.

We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
