The lobby it’s ok, the room wasn’t at all what we saw on the photos. We checked in, the front desk person was very rude. I was traveling just with my daughter she’s a teenager and the place didn’t feel safe at all. We checked our room and it wasn’t what we saw before booking. The Location is the best part of this hotel! It’s close to everything and great restaurants and shops close by. The hotel itself has no A/C, rooms were super hot in the middle of summer, the elevator is tiny only 1 person fits and all over tiny room accommodations. The staff is friendly and helpful, but wouldn’t stay there again.

Exactly as expected

I stayed two weeknights with my wife and daughter in late June. As noted by others, the hotel does not have air conditioning and is on a very active street. If you sleep with the windows open to let in the cool night air, the garbage collection in the early morning will wake you up. Having the room fan on high and a sound machine app blasting in your earphones will help. Or you could get up and moving early when it is still cool. The hotel was efficient, and held our luggage for us when we arrived three hours before check-in. They also quickly replied to an email I sent the day before we arrived. Very nice lobby space, a very small lift that could fit 1-2 people, and an amazing location in a lively neighborhood…we would visit again, but maybe not in the hottest part of the summer.

Staff were excellent, very friendly & accommodating. The rooms were clean & a good size, with the beds being comfortable. The hotel was in a very beautiful area, with plenty of boulangeries & cafes surrounding it. My reasons for giving an overall average rating: the doors were very heavy & slammed easily causing noise from other guests at 1am, there was no fridge, air-con/fan, toiletries or tea making facilities. Whilst the last 2 isn’t too important, during high summer it would be nice to have a fridge for drinks and a fan. The bathroom sink doesn’t have a plug which is just weird to me. Whilst not the hotel’s fault - the surrounding area can be noisy from the streets so if you’re a light sleeper take this into consideration & the location is quite far from the central tourist areas - again not an issue but if you have mobility issues be aware of this. I’d also like to mention their lift is very small so if you don’t like tight spaces, the stairs is the only option so if you have claustrophobia or mobility issues also take this into consideration before booking. Overall a good stay & happy with the service.

Very small elevator, was not a problem for me but i could see multiple trips for large groups or people with more than 1 bag. A very convenient location to ba ble to walk around assorted stores and down the street from some major landmarks and attractions. I will likely be booking here again on our next visit.

Booked a family room for 2 nights.....arrived to find 3 adults were expected to sleep in a tiny room with a very steep sloping roof over the beds. When you sat up, you banged your head. They had even put smaller beds in the room to manage the space and my husband is 6'2" and his feet hung over the end of the bed. The space for 3 people was way too small.....even the shower cubicle was tiny. The saving grace were the roof top balconies....fantastic. the views were incredible.
