Great location for the hotel. However it was not truly a hotel which we didn’t know prior to booking. We had to pay extra to change our towels and bedsheets. It didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel that they portray themselves as. More like a 4 star if that. The beds were amazing though. Bedding was great. Towels and rooms were very clean.

The property was very nice and clean. It is in a great area which is within walking distance to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, and shopping in the Champs de Elysses area.

Very small one bedroom for a family of three. There’s no towel racks to hang towels after you shower so I had to request a balcony dryer but we had rain so it was pointless. If it was a 5 star then why are we require to take trash. Gym is sufficient-one treadmill, which felt like it was going to break if I was running fast. If you request cleaning then it’s an extra cost plus if you switch your towels. I rather be at one of those big chain 5 star hotels to get the 5 star service im paying for.

the rooms are clean but the bathrooms are extremely small. one shower and you flood the bathroom. The property hallways have huge gross stains and constantly smell bad all day.

We loved our stay here. It was in a great location. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The bottle of wine was a nice welcome gift. The check in instructions were very clear and made checking in very stress free ( especially as we were landing late in the night).

The attendant at the front desk made arrangements for a taxi to take us to the airport. He told us that he would be available at the front desk if we had any problems. When out taxi never showed up he was nowhere to be found. We had to call our own Uber at the last minute. NO HELP FROM HIM>

The room is very small. There is very little space in the closet and no where to stow luggage. The windows are doors to the terrace - not a good idea to leave open at night or while away , therefore stuffy atmosphere. No instructions how to use the oven or the burners. No sports channels on tv. If you need more towels you must go to the laundry room and wash what you have. If you want early availability to the room you must pay for it. Concierge took all our information to order a cab to the airport, but nevet placed the order. We almost missed our flight. The best part of the hotel was its location - EXCELLENT!

Would recommend this place - was quiet and so clean. Curtains were dark so you could sleep soundly. I would return and plan to in a few weeks. The only aspect of caution against is the breakfast may not be worth it depending on price at booking. It’s just some cut up baguette, deviled eggs and ham (plus coffee). I think we paid extra for it but it just wasn’t enough to fill my growing kids 😂.
