Located on the 4th floor with elevator, it includes:
- four bedrooms with three pull-out beds that can be extended into a double bed (160 x 190 cm) and a single bed;
-a functional bathroom;
- a shower room
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a lounge to relax after a day of walking.

You will particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, TV, Washing machine, Dryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Please note that pets are allowed.

The apartment is located close to theatres, restaurants and major boulevards.
You will find a supermarket "Lidl" 250 m from the building for your daily shopping.

The area is also lively and well served by public transport.

The 10th arrondissement of the city of Paris is now a popular area on the Rive Droite, where many students share large and old Haussmann apartments, where theaters, cafes and restaurants are rarely empty. Occupying a strategic position between the Grands Boulevards overlooking Montmartre, Place de la République and beyond, Bastille and Belleville but also Stalingrad, the 10th arrondissement seems to be in the middle of everything. In addition, the major and popular transit centers, Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, are both located in the 10th arrondissement.
