After coming from work I had to complained to the Night Shift manager that my room had not been cleaned or changed the towels for the last 2 days, even though that I have asked the day before. The Night Shift manager response was very disrespectful and aggressive.

First room had an issue with the toilet flushing so they gave us a second room. The bathroom door in the second room had a chunk missing by the doorknob and the doorknob didn’t work and the door did not lock or stay closed. Told them we would find somewhere else to stay and they said ok and cancelled our reservation. Waiting on refund from Expedia but I am unable to figure out how to do that.

Pretty rough. The whole place smells like weed. Food and drinks from a previous traveler left in the refrigerator. Cigarette burns in the carpet. Bathtub is in bad condition.

There was always issues with my room doors, I was switched to another room and the door lock was not working properly. I have stayed in many places and I have never experienced this level of bad service in my life.
