This condo is located in a quiet complex, not a high-rise, and offers unique features such as a cathedral ceiling (24 ft), open living room, and two balconies with unobstructed views of the Gulf. The interiors are stylishly decorated with ceramic tiles, marble mosaics and granite counter tops. The condo sleeps up to 8 guests (1 king bed in master bedroom; 2 twin beds in second bedroom; 2 twin beds in loft; queen sofa sleeper in living room). The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. The master bathroom offers a Jacuzzi tub. Other amenities include washer and dryer; free Wi-Fi internet access, LCD HDTV, cable service and DVD player.The dining room includes a bar area with wine cooler. Guests have access to a shared, private pool. The condo is situated on beautiful Pensacola Beach at the entrance to Gulf Islands National Seashore park. Miles of pristine beaches where to enjoy bird-watching, fishing, sea shell hunting, are just few steps away. Come to enjoy the Emerald waters of the Gulf and to recharge, or simply to relax. Location, location, location

Our family has been vacationing at the beach for many years. We decided (for the first time) to try a condo. What a great decision! We specifically did not want a sterile high-rise condos with tons of people and the sand lined with rental chairs/umbrellas. This one was perfect! It’s a two-story older condo complex with the ocean on one side, the bay on the other and a good size pool in between. The condo is clean and has plenty of seating. The beds were super comfortable and the small galley kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. The condo is down near the end of a very quiet road (near the state park) so it was much less busy than other areas of Pensacola Beach. But it’s less than 5 min to some great restaurants. All in all, a lovely time was had by all of us. Many thanks!

Love the beach!

Great location. Plenty of space. Needs better kitchen supplies like chefs knives, new frypans. Needs towel racks on decks and more in bathrooms. Bedding needs to be refreshed. Pillows and comforters are old.

Great location! We loved the bay on one side and Gulf on the other. Thankful for the last minute reservation and quick answers to questions! Our children enjoyed the pool as well. The master bath shower was a bit strange, the condo needs a broom in the kitchen so we could sweep up the sand, and could use a good deep cleaning. But otherwise was fine! Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Perfect Gulf-Front Getaway!

My friends and I had a fantastic time. The location is excellent - it overlooks the Gulf, not the Bay, with stunning emerald waters right in front and no obstructions. Just walk across the street, and you're on the beach. This area is less crowded than others, which made for a more relaxing stay. The property features balconies on both the first and second floors, offering great views. The owner was very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this place and will likely rent again.

Great space but not well stocked

Pros: excellent location, easy check in process, good communication with owner, plenty of space Cons: The decor is outdated, but more than that the decor is not comfortable
In the main area the couch is fine, but the rest of the furniture is not very comfortable and the majority of seating appeared to be dining room chairs not comfortable seating. There are only 8 towels and a few wash clots in the whole place so be prepared to wash towels a lot! The coffee pot is a small 2 cup one and we had to make multiple pots each day just so the adults could have one small cup. The master bath drains VERY slowly and would be hard to step down into for an older person. We paid the most we’ve ever paid for this unit and while we loved the location, I feel like we paid a lot for a little
This could be an excellent unit with a little TLC (fresh paint, more comfortable seating, a bigger coffee pot, more towels, some beach supplies like chairs etc, a broom would have been nice) Last but not least
This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at Palm Beach Club (altho first time in this unit) and BOTH times as we were unpacking the car an owner has felt the need to accost us for our parking. I’m talking within the first 15 minutes of arriving!! They are militant about staying behind some line and if you are over it by even a foot, be WARE!! There’s just a weird vibe like the owners who live there really are annoyed by renters

Great place

Rented this location for two weeks for a family vacation. Had a great time. Great location. Overlooks the Gulf not the Bay. Emerald loveliness of the Gulf right in your face with no obstructions. No problems. You can walk across the street to the beach. Less crowded than other places. Balcony on first and second floor. Beds comfortable. Tastefully decorated. Fort Pickens is right down the road. Cool place to take the family. I recommend and will probably rent again.

We had a great stay. The location of the condo is superb, right on the beach, with fantastic views from the balconies. The condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth. We would stay there again.

It was great. Weather wasn't the best but still had plenty of beach time. Recommend this place. Three bedroom, 3 bath is a plus. Love the master suite. Relaxed in the Jacuzzi tub a couple times. 5 stars. We will definitely be back.

Good price, great location.

I gave this property pretty high ratings because it’s an awesome location with beautiful ocean views from the front, accessible to the living room and master. Easy access to the bay or the beautiful Pensacola Beach and gulf. I did not find the condo to be filthy. It was clean. Nice furniture, beautiful tile and granite throughout. However, I think the reviews about it not being clean are because the carpet on the stairs needs to be replaced. There’s definitely dirty walls & the baseboards are horrible, ceiling, fan in main living area is definitely filthy. It just needs a little TLC. They are just things that need to be updated, but what do you expect for such a great price?

Pensacola Beach Getaway

The location was spectacular! The condo was ok-fridge was not keeping our food cold
sent email on Sunday and didn’t get a response til next day, Monday. Repairman was sent out and said needed a new refrigerator
one was brought Wednesday night and the person putting it in said it was damaged so it was taken away
Another one came Thursday night and was installed-had to call down so we could not use it until Friday morning!! We never got a call from house manager asking if it was ok
Never heard from him again-I would have expected an email from him with some money back for all of the inconvenience it caused. We had to buy coolers, ice daily and eat out more than we planned!!

Beautiful condo and perfect location

Property was very spacious - had plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Great location, quick walk to gulf or sound side and many restaurants within a few miles. Was nice to be next to a beautiful state park and was perfect to watch Blue Angels practice from. Owner was very quick to communicate and made booking experience very easy. Will definitely return!! Thank you!!

Overall decent trip

Location and convenience of the condo was great. We made the best out of the week and ended up having a good time. Beds were clean. Fridge was new. For the most part furniture and appliances were either new or in good working condition. New paint in den. Be aware this is an older condo which if updated is not a problem. While I believe the owner is trying to update parts of the condo, it was not clean when we got there. That is what we had issues with. Contacted owner manager and only option was for us to leave and refund, which at that point was not an option for us due to our long trip. Again, locationIs great and would be great overall had it been clean.

Not really what I expected

When we arrived, we were very disappointed that we were not overlooking the sound side of the property like the photos showed. The front door did not have a chain catch on it, so it immediately blew open and I thought it was going to break. The TV in the master bedroom never worked. The master bathroom did not have a shower curtain that would cover the sink side of the tub and I often flashed the beach side due to the curtain not covering the windows. The beds were comfortable.

Family Beach Trip

We had a great week being together as a family. We enjoyed the location. We really enjoyed the Bay more than expected but it was wonderful when the surf was very strong. It was great to have both options. We loved the free trolley service, too! We will definitely come back to this location again. Host was very responsive when a minor repair was needed.

Very disappointed

The balconies were closed and under construction. We had to keep the blinds closed because workmen on scaffolding were walking by the master bath, master bedroom and main living area. The owner did not inform us of the on going construction until after we had paid and it was too late to get a refund. The day before we were about to leave on our vacation, we received an email from the owner informing us that we would not be able to use the balconies because of ongoing construction. He said he had thought the work would be completed before we arrived, but it wasn’t. We had paid full price and couldn’t get a refund, so we went anyway. During our stay there we talked to other permanent residents in the condo building who told us that everyone in the condo knew that the work would be ongoing for some time. The owner promised us he would give us a refund, but it is now two weeks later and we have received nothing and heard nothing from the owner. There are other nice units to rent in this condo. I would be careful renting from this owner who deceived us about the condition of his property, took our money and has not kept his word about giving us a refund.

Great fishing vacation stay. The beach is 200 ish yards away and the Bayside is even closer. The place was clean and everything worked as it should.
