Come and enjoy "Sea-Esta"! This bright, beautiful, stunning oceanfront condo located directly on the sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach. Free Beach Chairs and Umbrellas provided to our guests through Lazy Days Beach Rentals ($300 value - FREE to Suncoaster Properties guests).

This condo has been completely renovated and ready for your stay. Fully stocked and adorned with all the luxuries of home - free WiFi - wireless high-speed internet throughout. The condo provides sleeping arrangements for 6 people. It has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a guest room has two full beds. There is a full bath /shower in the master bedroom and a walk-in shower bath room in the hallway for easy guest access. The open concept floor plan has a modern updated kitchen with beautiful upgraded granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped with all the tools to prepare and entertain from your home away from home at Pensacola Beach.

Great place to stay. No complaints except the weather! The first apartment we booked had to go through last minute repair work but Vic called me and immediately booked me in a bigger apartment in the same building at no extra cost. Thanks Vic for taking care of us. Apartment has great view of the beach as well as the city. The table for 4 in the balcony is great place to sip on a cup of coffee and enjoy the view !!

The condo was well maintained, clean, and very comfortable. It’s across the street from a very popular seafood restaurant (can add yourself to waitlist from the condo before walking over) and with direct access to the beach. View was phenomenal in early AM and evening. Parking was easy! The beach was very quiet and not at all crowded. We had a wonderful quick vacation!

The location is supreme, the fact that there are two chairs of an umbrella waiting every morning for you to get to the beach is a huge plus. The decor is very nice, the pool was an added bonus after a hot day on the beach. Peg Leg Pete's restaurant is directly across the street that has a large menu. We will definately be back, price is very reasonable.

Great property and location. A lot to do around the area. Quick access to the beach. The only negative is there isn’t a quarter machine in the laundromat downstairs and the washers only take quarters. It’s nearly impossible to exchange cash for quarters anywhere nearby so be sure to bring your own.

A Vacation To Remember

First off the entire check in process was so easy. 2 days before we got all the codes to check in. Upon arrival, there was zero issues. Even though parking for this unit is outside and not covered, you are able to pull up to unload your car in the covered area. There are large rolling carts and grocery carts which help make unloading your car fast and easy! Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable which is not always the case when traveling. Each room including the living room had a ceiling fan which we were so glad to not have to pack our box fans for this trip! Each room and living room had a smart TV where you could login to your TV accounts. The Tom Thumb across the street came in very handy when we needed ice after a fishing trip and additional last minute sunscreen. We tried lots of places to eat nearby but Peg Legs across the street ended up our fave. It’s awesome because there can be up to a two hour wait at night. You can check in on yelp and even request indoor seating through the app. When we were about 7th in line we would walk across the street and our table was ready in minutes and we had the flexibility to stay at the condo with the kids vs waiting forever there. So Nice!We loved everything about this condo. The balcony was used all the time and to be able to just open the sliding doors and sit and watch the beach and hear the waves was dreamy. We would watch dolphins jump as we enjoyed our morning coffee which I was in heaven. Just Book It!

It was good. I went by the office to speak with manager but could not catch him. The latch on balcony door was broken and, I think the wall outlet in master bedroom that the tv was plugged into may have a short in it. Additionally, the parking permit had 604 listed but, we could not locate spot 604 in garage. My wife and I still had a great time. We would stay again.

Great stay!

The location on the beach is fantastic and the beach chairs a huge deal! Loved having our chairs out each day!The place is clean and comfortable. The king mattress could be replaced as sags to the middle. Also think it wouldn’t hurt to give us an extra roll of toilet paper and more than 2 garbage bags. But, the location on the beach was superb and made up for everything.Would stay again!

Wonderful week in paradise

We completely enjoyed our stay at Sans Souci 604. We were lucky enough to have been there for the Blue Angel’s show at Pensacola Beach. You could not believe the views we had of the jets. The room itself was very clean, comfortable and furnished well. The beds were very comfortable! I would highly recommend renting this room!!
