The townhome features a private elevator that provides easy access from the large private garage to two floors of living space. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, offering stunning views of the white sand beaches.
The layout includes a private garage on the first floor, with two floors of living space above. The second floor features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a dining area, a living area with access to a private deck overlooking the Gulf, a full bathroom, and one bedroom with access to a private balcony. The third floor includes the master bedroom with its own private balcony and en-suite bathroom, two additional bedrooms with access to a shared balcony, and a third full bathroom.
We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay, except from May 30, 2026 through August 8, 2026, when a 7-night minimum stay is required with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only.
Special monthly rates are available from January through March 1.
Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days before arrival will forfeit all payments.

Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of the stay. Elevator use is not guaranteed during times of maintenance or repair. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from individuals other than the reservation holder.
