The house was clean and tidy upon arrival. Great value for the money. However, I had specifically asked if the unit had a Keurig and the response was yes…..unfortunately, I never found one My biggest complaint, is when we would use two of the bathrooms, every time we shut the door, we were locked in! Otherwise, the location was great with plenty to do!

Property was well-furnished and clean. Layout was good. Communication with host was good except for a lack of clarity on parking. Vrbo listing indicated that garage parking was available. However, the property owner was doing updates to the garage area and they were not usable, forcing us to park more than two cars outside in the driveway. They were going to let me know what to do but never called back. We did not have parking issues and were not towed. Additionally, the backyard was being updated and not accessible. Neither of these issues were ever communicated or listed on the Vrbo site. We did have AC issues on the upper floor and a drain that was clogged. Both of these were addressed promptly. That said, the upstairs AC cannot keep up in the heat and always ran 4-5 degrees warmer than the 70 degrees the temp was set to. It would cool down at night. Due to the humidity, the upstairs vents would constantly drip from condensation. Not a big issue, but somewhat annoying when sitting on the couch. We would stay here again provided the garage and backyard is accessible.
