The decor was between Golden girls and Pier 1 Vacation . i loved every single detail and piece .

My family and I enjoyed this vacation so much . It is the best amenities and views . We came last year as well . Tower 4 had better views than tower one However tower one was breathtakingly beautiful too .;)

Spectacular condo with panoramic view!

Portofino Towers is an amazing spot for groups' events and weddings. The condo is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and has the view as advertised. Our family was in town for a wedding in Pensacola and many of them also rented in the Towers which made our gatherings so simple and convenient. There are many spa and recreational offerings which we took advantage of. A wedding weekend here would meet every requirement. The ice maker/ water dispenser n this condo didn't work which would've been nice to have. The 4 stars for cleanliness is due to the tile floor needing better cleaning. We hope to return to this venue in the future.

We always enjoy our stay at Portofino

Every apartment we’ve stayed in at Portofino is beautiful. This one was no different, although it could use a bit of upkeep. When we arrived the blinds in the living room were on the floor, the lock on the sliding glass door didn’t work, the microwave was missing the top panel and the sliding doors to one bedroom wouldn’t close. A late night call to the front desk had us put on the maintenance schedule. Portia was able to repair the doors and move the blinds until the parts to repair could be ordered. None of these small items put a damper on our stay. The owner was always very responsive with any questions and the staff was super friendly. The only problem I had was the master bedroom bed was not comfortable to me, but my husband slept like a baby. I would 100% recommend this property to my family and friends and plan to return again.

50th wedding anniversary stay very disappointing

Beach and ocean were outstanding. Water was clear and beach was very clean. We loved the food in Pensacola. That being said, 1. Curtains were falling down in the main area. No curtains at all on the door to balcony. Curtains in the 3rd bedroom were broken and falling off. TV in the same room had no picture. Carpet in the 2nd bedroom was very stained as well in other areas. No TV in this room at all. Picture shows TV in that room. On the balcony, 2 cushions were torn and stuffing coming out. Legs on table were bent and table rocked really bad. Kitchen, had 1 pot and 1 pan. My wife had to buy some pots and pans. Cover on microwave vent was off and gone no pot holders, we had to buy kitchen hand towels. Only one in kitchen and very worn. Kitchen glasses and coffee cups were dirty. The whole floor was sticky and we had to wipe down area ourselves. Dining room table was not clean Ceiling fan in main area rattled really bad. Dryer was missing dryer vent filter that goes in dryer. Also, the pool was very clean but the umbrellas were broken or damaged. Needless to say we will not be staying again in this condo, this condo is not managed properly and it showed. We’ve stayed at Portofino 3 times, this was not a Portofino standard by no means. Steve and Susan. PS. Our stay was from July 24th through the 31st. By the way, maintenance was notified and he came at 10:30 at night. He saw everything and documented it and was supposed to get back with us. No word from maintenance at at. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Family Beach Vacation at Portofino Island Resort-June, 2021

Our family (four adults, two grandchildren-ages 9 and 12) stayed in this beautiful unit for seven nights in June. We all thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness and comfort of our beachy, tropically-decorated surroundings. Since this unit is an end unit on the 12th floor of Tower 1, the balcony is enormous, extending the full length of the living area and provides fantastic views of the Gulf, Bay and parts of the resort. Beside very convenient access to the beach, there are many nice pools around the resort. We purchased the Extreme Adventure Package for our stay. The price of the package may seem expensive at first glance, but we made good use of many of the features of the package and these (especially wave runners, kayaks, scoot coupes, waterpark, beach set) turned out to provide lots of fun and highlights for our memorable stay at Portofino Island Resort. We loved the resort and our P1-1204 rental and would recommend both for a great Pensacola Beach vacation. There are a few things, however, that are somewhat frustrating for a rental in this price range but should be very easy to correct. First, only one pod (that’s right, a single pod) was provided for the dishwasher. How is one pod supposed to last a week, especially when the unit is accommodating six people? Second, only a single, small sponge was provided in the kitchen. Third, the pocket doors in one bedroom do not close completely, creating a privacy issue. Fourth, the heavy metal and only large table on the balcony has two of four legs that are at least an inch too short, creating instability for any beverage glasses on the table. This table is basically unusable and should be replaced. Finally, there were several areas (counter tops, mirrors, table top glass) that appeared to not have been wiped clean before we arrived. Even the door area around the front door handle was not wiped clean (think first impressions).

Extended weekend

Our family had a great extended weekend stay at this condo. Everyone is friendly and we enjoyed not only the close proximity to the beach but the amenities offered. We try to make at least two to three trips a year and the only place we stay is Portofino
