Gorgeous condo on Perdido Key Beach! This condo features panoramic views of the beautiful Emerald Coast. From the fourth floor balcony, you will be able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset overlooking one of the top beaches in America. Once you see the sugar white sand and clear warm water, you will feel right at home!

This condo has a pool, community room, and an elevator for your comfort. You will also have plenty of space to yourself as this condo sits on almost two acres and has 200 feet of beach. The inside has been completely renovated. You will walk in and immediately see the water through the new sliding doors.

The kitchen is light, bright with a tiled floor, all new appliances, and is open to the living room with a breakfast bar and sit-down dining table with chairs allowing dining for six. The cozy living room has new furniture and a flat screen tv. Both the master bedroom and the spare bedroom are spacious and complete with all new furniture and flat screen tvs. Some of the biggest benefits to this condo is that it's only one mile out onto Perdido Key so you can easily get to shopping areas, restaurants, medical facilities, Pensacola Naval Air Station.

I was initially hesitant because it seemed like an older property. I read reviews on VRBO and not-on-VRBO and the reviews were very positive. Based on the reviews, I decided to give it a try. Boy, what a lovely condo. Smaller building, so not as many people. Further west than the crowded area of Perdido Key Beach, so not as many people. Beautiful condo, well-represented by pics and reviews. Not high-brow ... just right. Highly recommend!

This place was disgusting. When we arrived, it had not been cleaned since the last check out, used dirty sheets & towels, food and sand and hair all over the floors. I called every number on the contact list 3 times and no one answered, even though it said call anytime. I didn’t hear back for nearly 12 hours. We had to actually sleep in someone else’s dirty sheets! GROSS!! The owner called and apologized profusely the next day & said that he can’t imagine how awful that must have been & he would refund the first night right away, but he knew that wouldn’t take care of it and we could work it out later. Well later came and all he offered was a late checkout on the 3rd (our last) day. We didn’t want a late checkout, we didn’t want to stay there any longer than necessary!! We had to stay there because no where else had any availability after we drove all the way to get there! Even after it was cleaned, this place was a dump. The balcony has the HVAC unit on it & you can’t hear the ocean over the unit running. The furniture is all old & dingy, the couch was uncomfortable, itchy and gross. The balcony closet with “extra beach gear” had a broken chair and one sand bucket and a bunch of spider webs. The “den” area had a TV that was so large for how close the couch was, it’s all you saw when you walked in (obstructed your view to the ocean, as in the reason you’re there) and it gave us all a headache to watch because it was too close. This place needed updating 15 years ago.

Summer vacation

Unit could use a deep cleaning but overall, not too bad. Had a few issues to start but they were addressed immediately. Very impressed with management company’s response time. I would definitely stay at this property again.

We've stayed here twice and love it. It fits our needs as a family. The location is fantastic...proximity to the beach and restaurants check all the boxes. The only issue we had was maintenence wanted to install a new keypad. We had to remind the property management that those issues need to be addressed prior to rental and shpuld be scheduled on their time, not the renters time.

We have been going to Perdido Key for years and this was hands down our favorite stay ! The condo pics don’t do it justice ! It’s clean, stocked well and at the perfect location ! The owner was great with communication ! We can’t wait to go back !

Perfect Location!

We absolutely loved the location and the private beach! We will definitely be booking this condo again! I do wish there was a key pad for the door instead of having to keep up with a key but otherwise it was perfect! The condo was clean, kitchen well stocked, beautiful view, huge balcony and comfortable beds.

Beautiful Vacation Condo with a Beautiful View of the Gulf of America

The pictures in the VRBO listing are nice, but you have to see this place in person to believe it. It was the perfect condo with unbelievable views of the Gulf of America from both inside the main living area and from the Master BR, but most impressive from the 4th floor balcony. Everything exceeded our expectations and Bill was a gracious Owner/Host. Thank you for a wonderful month long stay!

Great little condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this cute little condo. It is perfect for a weekend or short stay. The only thing I would say is the floors really need a deep cleaning and the trim, etc. I know it was at the end of the season so I'm sure that will be done. The HVAC unit sits on the deck and is very loud if if you want to sit out there and relax. The condo was clean. Pool is fantastic and the beach was private. We would stay here again for a weekend.

Overall, this was a great experience. The property offers everything you need. The one thing that was negative about the experience was the bed. The bed definitely needs an upgrade because it’s not very comfortable.

Excellent location

The property was in the perfect location for a quiet family getaway. The view from the balcony was absoluetly perfect. It was equipped with 6 chairs outside so we were all able to enjoy at the same time. Communication with the property owners assistant was very quick and appreciated when we had a few small issues. We have stayed at this location several times in different condos and this one was one of the less visably pleasing. The couch and chairs in the living room had stains and all of the furniture appeared to be very old and worn. We did wish the cleaning crew would have spent a little more time on the floors and the bathrooms before we checked in. Overall, we had a very nice stay. The annual beach trip was definitely a sucess for our family of 5. Communication

Loved the viee

We loved how close to the beach it was and enjoyed the clear water. The condo was clean and as described. It was nice it was close to a lot of dining and shopping. The only drawl back was the tvs. You could only watch cable so we couldn’t use our accounts to watch movies so upgraded tvs would be a nice bonus and we love staying places and trying their board games out and this place only had puzzles. Definitely not a negative but overall we absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Great location on the beach with easy access which is helpful with little kiddos of course! Also plenty of space in the rooms for a pak-n-play for a baby and blow up air mattress for a toddler.
