The property has deeded beach access and you can walk right out the back door to the pool and hot-tub.

Featuring built in captain's bunk beds, King and a Queen size beds.

Spent a couple days at the beach along with pool area. Pool area was always clean. The condo was clean and check-in was easy peasy. Enjoy our stay very much. This is our 4 trip to the Pensacola area and all 4 times stayed at the Grand Caribbean. The other couple said it was the perfect spot.

Quite a few Hiccups

To start upon arriving the cleaners clearly did not do their job, internet connection and tvs were not properly working, when you checkin for vacay the last thing you want to have to do is guess faded numbers , pw, connection on the checkin packet. My Mom had to go one morning with wet hair because promised amenity a hairdryer didnt work. And also according to VRBO any camera on property by law has to be in rental contract ,we found the blinksync in the wall which indicated there was definitely cameras being operated without our knowledge on the property. I did feel as if we should recieve a partial refund , when asked i got the response of they answered everything ( in their timing) which when you choose a place to invest for your time with family , many of these hiccups should not have been experienced. The cleaning should have been done properly.Cameras will be addressed withVRBO and the Better Business Bureau. My mother and i specifically did not bring a hairdryer because that was an amenity listed detailed in the priceWe are morning people so she washed her hair and went to dry it, theysaid it was too earlytobring a workinghairdryer but they would bring it at 9 when the office opened...we were told for us to go out and buy batteries for the tv remote when at night because it was raining thats when we found the tv did not work( also an amenity ) included for the price. I still believe strongly that a partial refund is due.

Overall the condo itself was great, very clean and well maintained. Only a few steps to the pool and a very short walk to the beach. The AC is probably the best we've had in a vacation rental, it was set on 73 when we arrived and we didn't have to touch it once. If you sit in the living room recliner you may want to have a blanket handy. However the Wi-Fi is terrible. The router drops connection randomly and often, if you unplug it and plug it back in it will reconnect. This is not good when you have a three year old that needs his Disney. When the router does have a connection the signal doesn't reach the bedrooms. The host says it's the internet providers fault, but the green lights on the router never change except when you restart it. I think it's a router/ modem issue.
