The Oasis By The Sea Penthouse at Perdido Sun Resort offers an absolutely stunning view of the amazing Gulf of America! (We understand if you want to stick with Gulf Of Mexico - it's a beautiful sight to see either way!) This updated top floor condo offers 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths. Guests appreciate the fresh interior and the upscale new furniture selected for this top floor condo that looks out on a world class, white sand beach. Maximum comfort is key at Oasis By The Sea. The spacious primary bedroom is en suite and offers a firm King sized bed. A very comfortable mattress is a must have for a restful night's sleep on vacation. The bedroom features a flat screen TV with Roku so guests can stream their favorite shows or games. The updated primary bath has a tiled oversized garden tub with a shower enclosure. The well appointed guest bedroom is equipped with a plush Queen sized bed and a loveseat that conveniently pulls out into a Twin sized bed. This guest room features a wall mounted flat screen TV. The living area has been newly furnished with a sleeper sofa, swivel tub chairs, and fresh décor. You are sure to enjoy the oversized wall mounted Smart TV. The unit was clean and provided an excellent view of the Gulf. The walls, trim, and furniture looked worn in places but again, it was clean. The location is also excellent. Easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops. We also really enjoyed the heated indoor pool! For the price, would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place and stay

We absolutely love Perdido Key and the Perdido Sun. Our room was great with a great view. The indoor pool was nice since the ocean was still a little cold. No complaints on our end. It was a very nice stay.

Unit 1108

Before our trip even began we received a message saying our fridge wasn’t working properly but was scheduled to be fixed Tuesday. Our reservation started Sunday btw. I didn’t think much of it because they offered a mini fridge in the time being. The first mini fridge brought also didn’t work. Tuesday comes along and the big fridge wasn’t fixed. Because we expected it to be fixed we had additional groceries bought that ruined because they didn’t fit in the mini fridge. The pull out sofa cushions in the extra bedroom was filthy, my kids didn’t even want to sleep on it and that’s saying something. The sink in the master bathroom doesn’t drain properly. However the worst part was being woken up before 8am to drilling and construction work. Definitely the icing on the cake. As I am pretty open minded and understand the work needs to be done waiting a couple more hours to get started seems more reasonable for the guest. Overall it was just a frustrating trip. We have stayed at perdido sun many times and never had an issue. We ultimately left a day early. Small things make a huge difference especially when you are paying an arm and leg for your trip, I didn’t anticipate so much disappointment. .

MACACATION 2024

Love that there was a handicap accessible ramp to the beach for my 90 year grandma and 95 year old great aunt. There was also the option for them to stay in the indoor pool area out the wind but still see the beach. I love that perdido sun is like a resort. U really never have to leave if u dont want to bc of the numerous places to eat, drink, and shop across the street. There was some confusion about parking with the property manager that really put us in a pickle. Just to clarify, weather u stay in a 1 or 2 bedroom, all u get is 1 parking pass for perdido sun lot & 1 parking pass for overflow lot behind the jellyfish & parking is not garenteed. You may not purchase an additional parking pass. Thankfully we are from louisiana & can make friends with anyone! The size of the 2 bedroom (1108) kitchen and living room are much smaller than the pictures on the listing depict, but it is really nice to have a 3rd sink in the 2nd bedroom. I wish the railings of the balcony werent cement and so high. Oh and the 2 bedrooms have smaller balconies. We had other family staying in 400 (2 BR) & although their balcony was pushed more forward & had a better breeze, their view outward was better but when looking down to pool all they could see was the indoor pool top. We could see the pool & jacuzzi but there was no breeze. A fan on the balcony like some of the other condo balconies would be well worth it. Check in at 4 is ridiculous & check out at 10 is so early. Consider changing this to 3 &

Wonderful spot

Beautiful, well appointed, and clean. We always stay at Perdido Sun when we travel. We have stayed in many different condos in this complex. This is in our top 2 picks. The complex is wonderful as well. You can not go wrong with this place.

Everyone and everything was perfect. The view from the balcony was outstanding. The property was well furnished and easy to use. Overall wonderful place to celebrate our 45 th year of marraige.

Great location, in desperate need of a cleaning

Pros Great location. Great views of the Gulf from the condo. Quick ride down the elevator to get to the beach. Cons. This condo is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. I shouldn’t know that the people that were there before us like to eat noodles and ground beef, like to snack on Doritos, or that they use purple body wash in the shower. There were chunks of dried ground beef stuck to the kitchen cabinet, food splatters on the wall, large crumbs on the floor, the counters were sticky, and there were chunks of food stuck to the fridge handle. Having to clean your vacation rental late in the evening, upon arrival after a 12+ Hour drive, is not my idea of the beginning of a great vacation. It’s not a good business practice to add a cleaning charge to my bill when I had to clean the condo myself. Overall: If the cleaning issue could be corrected, we would be happy to come back.

Generally good, but could use an overall cleaning. Furniture not the most comfortable, but overall a great place for a long term stay. Balcony furniture was very uncomfortable and could use some new cushions. PKRM was very attentive to any problems that occurred. For the most part it was a good experience.

This was a great week as always. We have stayed at this property 14 times now and love the property. However; this particular Condo does need a little attention in regards to maintenance and some serious follow up with your company that handles your housekeeping. All that said, after cleaning our first night the unit was good, location is great. We will be back. Thank you
