The room service was very unsatisfactory. Bed was never made, we had to go to the front desk daily to get towels,etc. My friend went to complain, and was told that every three days service would be provided as far as the rooms,trash removal. If I had known That La Quinta Inn treats their guest this, never would I have booked this reservation. CERY displeased.

This is an older hotel, but the room was clean & neat. Staff was very pleasant. On an another hand, the room had a weird smell like a room spray that stunk, bathroom was draining water, and out TV didn’t work. It was doable for a safe place to sleep

This is the first room I have stayed at without a full length mirror or any type of tissues other than toilet paper. The mirror in the bathroom area did not give out very much light. The dark accent wall behind the bed made it even harder to see yourself in the mirror. The design of the room is horrible. The pictures look like blood splatter. The colors of the furniture were horrible & looked very dated.
Stay one night on way to Daytona the lady at front desk was rude and on FaceTime call with someone the whole time while checking me in talking to them not me. The room was ok there was cockroaches in the room and bathroom the bath tub was nasty and looked like it wasn’t clean
Got a damn text at 7 am from the staff telling me that it’s time to start checking out! They woke me up, after I got to the hotel from the airport after 1 am
This is a terrible hotel. Very dated and in a terrible state of repair. Needs to be bulldozed. On top of that—when you check in they require a $150 deposit which was undisclosed. State said pay it or we’ll cancel your reservation and you can go somewhere else. That’s at 11pm. Absolutely terrible.

Havd stayed at property several times but this time people were loud and outside wasnt as clean. Trash was over flowing. I have stayed at property several time and this time $150 deposit wo warning and she had a attitude when i asked her why. I watched them check in another person and they paid cash for there room. Was not charged a deposit either. When i asked about it she ignored me. Questionable on another stay

We didn't like the fact that our toilet leaked around the base and our bathroom sink 3 to 4 minutes to drain. We told staff upon our departure so future residents would not have this problem. These two thing should have been seen by house keeping and reported.
I booked a room after a cancelled flight. I often stay in LaQuintas and have been satisfied in the past. It was unclear that this was more of a motel, with exterior room doors. Not something I would choose in any hotel. The facility was run down, in a terrible part of town. There were hundreds of insects crawling in the bathroom. It was disgusting. I stayed as it was late and I was tired but didn’t rest well after seeing those insects and worried about bed bugs. This should not be what a la Quinta hotel offers. My trust in the brand is gone.

My room was clean. Room had been updated, couple paint stains near tub. Whan shampoo, soap, conditioner was mounted on wall the pencel line used to mount them straight was still on shower wall. Cost was 55 per night. I got my money's worth
It’s your average La Quinta hotel nothing too extraordinary about it. It was decent for the night that I needed to stay here. They have a higher than average deposit though, I wish I had known that before I booked here.
Property handled all my needs. Breakfast was adequate and my room was clean. In the end you get what ya pay for. And I had no complaints if ya want a 5 star room go pay 200plus and get one.

1. We didnt stay here. We arrived way too early in the day to stop driving (12:30pm). So, we asked if we could cancel and the desk clerk said no problem. She said the hotel would not charge us if we didnt stay. 2. There were two individuals in the lobby who were stoned on some kind of drugs and my wife didnt want to stay after seeing them hanging out in the lobby. They were guests because they came down to the lobby from the upstairs rooms. So, if the hotel was willing to not charge me for the room, why did expedia charge my credit card? We thought we were ok to press on since the hotel had no problem with cancelling the reservation.
Mold, Dirty, Spider Webs, Bad Oder! It was horrible and I tried to let the Manager know and was told to come back at 11pm to let them know. I cancelled and found a clean hotel.
