We’ve stayed at this place 3 times now. 2 previously when they were Margaritaville and now under different ownership. Our first trip was during Christmas break 8 years ago. That was the best experience. The Land Shark restaurant was open and hotel had many amenities. The last time was 2 years ago. Still under Margaritaville. Beds weren’t as comfy and less amenities. The last time was earlier this week. Under new management. Less beach amenities. Restaurant had minimal options. Beds weren’t as comfortable either.

The resort is absolutely gorgeous, from the minute you walk into the lobby. Will never forget that beautiful view from our balcony. The room itself was so well designed and spacious. The staff was so helpful and welcoming. The pool was perfect on our 2 warm days, overlooking the gulf as we sat in lounge chairs.

Great place to stay in Pensacola. Lovely property where somethings need attention but overall nice and cozy. The staff males it exceptional Selina, Linlee, Zac, Britini and Raven listen , offer solutions and make you feel at home.

I stayed at the Pensacola Beach Resort and overall had a very nice experience. The resort itself is beautiful, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was good and made to order. One small surprise was that there was no option for cappuccino or latte, only regular coffee - which felt a bit unexpected for a four-star hotel. Aside from that, everything was exactly what you would expect from a resort of this caliber. I would definitely recommend it.
