Southern Breeze #4 is a pet friendly 1-bedroom, 1 bathroom that easily accommodates 4 adults. Has a fully equipped kitchen, a full size bathroom, a patio off the master bedroom, as well as a washer and dryer.

Location says it all!! The white sandy beaches and beautiful emerald water are located directly across the street within walking distance.

**Please note we provide an initial starter kit of soap, a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a trash bag for each can, Clorox wipes, complimentary dish and laundry pods, dish soap and a sponge so please pack accordingly!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean. Could definitely use some painting and general upkeep. The sliding glass door really needs replacing. Does not lock and a heavy rain runs through it. Bed and furniture are comfortable. We rent it because of pet friendly.

Everything was nice. Other then the parking lot and dunes behind condo lots of broken glass and building debris. Inside of condo back door is hard to close and lock ,toilet kept running and bathtub is slow draining. But otherwise would definitely rent again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You never know what to expect when you rent a condo. This location was perfect! Perfect location to activities such as shopping, night life, and the beach. Public beach access was very close and there were several options of locations to go. Night life was close but far enough away that it was a peaceful quiet stay. Kitchen fully equipped and everything was nice and tidy. We will be coming back!

We haven't been to the Perdido Key area before and were looking for a dog-friendly place near the beach to see what was available. This place was small and comfortable for use and our dog. We had room to setup his crate and not have it in the way. It rained the a few days and we couldn't go to the beach. It was not cramped. The queen bed was comfortable. This place is about equidistant from Perdido Key public beach access #2 and #3. It is also about a mile to the River Road Dog Park. We walked our dog there most mornings. It tired him out so when we crated him for the beach, he slept. Lillian's Pizza, Sig's Burgers and Shrimp Basket are all within easy walking distance. We enjoyed our stay but beware of sand spurs when you walk your fur buddy.
