I guess this will be my last time staying at this quality inn. They have closed the bar down and the restaurant really isn't a good restaurant at all. ( if you like hotdogs 🌭 then you may like it) the pool was closed for maintenance. Now tell me who in the hell closes there pool down for maintenance during the tourist season. Thats what the off season is for. I'm not even starting to talk about other guests using cannabis.

Let me first say that the staff are wonderful. The exterior and interior, though, are filthy. When we found the second roach in the room, I talked to the front desk staff who immediately offered a full refund and seemed mortified at the bugs. This is the kind of motel that people rent weekly, and there are sliding glass doors to the exterior which further made us feel unsafe. Most of the back patios are unkempt with empty beer boxes and charcoal grills littering the outside in many places. The reviews said the breakfast was good, but those people must not have noticed roaches in their room. Maybe it was a fluke, but we got out of there as soon as the staff assured me they would refund me. They saved the day, but until this place gets a major overhaul, I don’t recommend staying.

Property was filthy. Three other families left the same nighy of checking in. If it hadn't been for the amount of luggage my husband carried up the stairs, we would have left too. Mold around the tub, leaky pipe under the toilet. Carpet was nasty.

Every time I need to stay in Pensacola for work or pleasure this is always my go to. The breakfast is always amazing, the staff is always so helpful. I tried booking with other hotels and im not satisfied with the room or accommodations and having to request a refund and I always end up booking here. When I say I picky, I’m picky! I use to clean rooms for a living once upon a time. My last stay I needed extra accommodations and they didn’t hesitate to fill those needs.

The pull out bed was broken and very uncomfortable for my young children. I had to lay the couch cushions out like a matress so that they had somewhere to sleep. Also the room seemed to be missing furniture.

Had a bottom floor room with sliding glass door. The glass was taped into door frame. The door didn't lock, there was a hollow aluminum rod that the attendant said was our lock. We checked in and checked right back out. Horrible hotel conditions. Should be condemned.
