Sleeps 6 max located around Portofino Island resort on Pensacola beach. King bed in the main bedroom, a brand new bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top in the 2nd bedroom and a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo sleeps 6 MAX including kids !!

This particular condo is facing direct east with both views of the sound to your left as well as the Gulf of Mexico to your right and Navarre Beach dead center straight ahead . It is located across the street from the gulf of Mexico.

This is a Eastern facing condo rental 1903 located in tower 2 at Portofino resort on Pensacola Beach . This condo has over 72 + 5 STAR REVIEWS ! We work hard to get repeat and most importantly have happy repeat renters back !

We do not advertise on Craigslist and lastly I highly suggest you buy travel insurance at the time you make a reservation in case you have to cancel and it's within the three weeks where it becomes nonrefundable of arrival or for calamity /hurricane etc....

We load up the units right with lots of extras like coffee ,laundry detergent ,cleaning materials, beach towels,etc little things that most vacation rentals simply don’t leave . We want you to bring yourself , your luggage and not worry about the garbage bags . This unit also has a electric grill on the balcony !This unit sleeps up to 6 people MAX including children. This is a two bedroom ,one king bed in the master, a twin with a full bottom bunk bedroom and a double sleeper pull out sofa in the living room. 2 1/2 bath fully equipped equipped and stocked .You don’t need to bring much more than your luggage and yourself to feel like you are at home.

Portofino charges $80 to check in and $25 each additional day for their amenity fees . Anamenity fee simply goes to Portofino not to the owner and that covers your use of the resort facility pools ,Jacuzzis etc. some things are optional and extra you will have to ask the front desk of Portofino what those are but this covers the use of the indoor Olympic size pool ,outdoor pools, Jacuzzi ,fitness room.
