The property was extremely cleaned ans surrounded by places to eat. A Wal-Mart is located in a 5 minute walking distance and so is Dominos pizza. Our refrigerator would barely get cold throughout the stay and there was no iron. The guests above us allowed their children to stump all day and night. Front desk did address the issue twice but it still did not stop.

There was never anyone at the front desk when came down or came back in. We got there our room didn’t have a hair dryer, shampoo or conditioner or soap for the shower.

So pleased!!

I cannot express enough just how pleased and surprised I was with everything about Woodspring Suites Pensacola West!!! The staff is beyond accommodating and extremely helpful and very friendly. I am on oxygen and had some issues (not with the hotel), but everyone there was helpful. The rooms are large with plenty of space to move around so you don't feel cramped up. Bed is comfortable and the pillows are unbelievably great!! I think what I actually liked the best is how secure I felt. To access the elevator and rooms, you have to use your door key card to open the door by the check in counter!!! I was so impressed with this!!! I've never stayed at a hotel that had this feature. I guess if I had a suggestion for them, put in some ice machines. Two ice trays in the freezer isn't enough. Just a big shout out to everyone there and especially to Chris for helping me get my big oxygen concentrator down and into my vehicle!!! Autumn... YOU'RE AMAZING!!!!!

First night i noticed there was blood on the sheets. .I pulled all pillow cases and sheets for new linen found blood on pillow cases . Called front desk spoke with manager autumn.She asured me this would be taken care Called expedia to assist. Expedia could not get them on the line. . It was terrible stay. Terrible staff. They have 1 broom and 1 hair dryer for the entire hotel use.
