Located very close to Petra, this charming country house welcomes 8 guests.
The property's exteriors are ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. The protagonist will undoubtedly be the private chlorine pool, which has dimensions of 9 x 4 and a depth range of between 0.4 1 .5 m and will be perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. All around you will find sun loungers to relax on while sunbathing, a barbecue and several furnished areas where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. There are also several areas where you can play sports such as table tennis, football or volleyball. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.
The interior of the two-storey house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor you will find a cosy living-dining room with Smart TV and satellite channels, a kitchen with gas hob and the necessary utensils to cook comfortably, a bedroom with a fan and two single beds and, finally, a bathroom with shower. A staircase takes you to the upper floor, where there are three more bedrooms, all with fans. Two of them have a double bed, while the last one has two single beds. Two of them also have access to a large terrace with views of the countryside. A bathroom with shower completes this floor. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.
This wonderful villa is located very close to Petra, a charming inland village characterised by its quiet atmosphere and its rural beauty. We encourage you to discover the centre as you stroll through its cobbled streets and enjoy the traditional Mallorcan architecture. The main square, known as the Plaça de la Quartera, is a pleasant place to relax and enjoy a meal or a drink in one of the local restaurants, while indulging in the delicious local gastronomy. If you fancy a day in the sun and sea, Muro beach is the closest beach to your accommodation. This long white sandy beach with crystal clear waters is known for its relaxed atmosphere and shallow waters, making it an idyllic spot for families.
Please note that the fireplace in the living room is decorative and cannot be used.
On the neighbouring farm there are some farm animals, such as goats and horses.
