This was my go to hotel if I was in the Scottsdale area, I was very disappointed with my recent stay. I was travelling back from California and checked in around 10 pm. My room was very hot and uncomfortable. It was 85. I switched on the AC and only warm air came out. I understand that there are issues and things break, but what I don't understand is that I had to wait for over half an hour until this issue was resolved, when I just wanted to relax and go to sleep. I was told the AC was working by an incompetent maintenance man despite the room not cooling down at all . I was finally given another room which I requested right away but had to argue with the check in staff to get one for over half an hour.

Not sure how you market this property as a resort. It has a pool and a hot tub, however, at least 90% of the loungers were not usable because the fabric was frayed/torn. Rooms were small and in need of updating. We were booked for 3 nights, stayed one night. Horrible experience, stay clear. Katherine

Great property, location, comfort and price!

I enjoy this hotel and the big beautiful park it is beside. They also have an awesome pool, huge hottub, lovely beds and great rates. I got a room with a hottub in it this time… really fun.

Check-in was quick, and the staff was very helpful. The location is incredibly convenient—right next to a park and surrounded by plenty of dining options, shops, and gas stations. It’s also close to popular attractions like Papago Park, the Desert Botanical Garden, and Old Town. While the amenities are on the smaller side, they are well-maintained and enjoyable, especially the pool and hot tub. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place!. Third time here.

While nothing terribly fancy, this property met our needs as somewhere conveniently located and reasonably priced. Our room was aesthetically dated but beds were clean and comfortable. The pool area is nice but could use some sun loungers as many were showing their age. We would stay again if we were making a similar trip.
