When we arrived there was a gentleman at the desk who was on the phone. He hung up when he saw us approach. He was very business like and not much conversation. When we were done signing in, he was back on the phone. Felt that we were interrupting his call. The other staff we saw the next day were very helpful and friendly! The room was very clean and looked just like the advertisement. I found the bed comfortable but on the soft side. The sheets were clean with no stains. The pillows were horrible..looked fluffy but when you used them, they was nothing to them and collapsed without any support. Breakfast was nothing fancy but met the needs. Bread, muffins, bagels, hot drinks, juices, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereals and waffles. The sitting area was spotless and each table was decorated with a cute tabletop tree. I would definitely stay here again however I will bring my own pillows.

Staff was great. Pool was great. Rooms were comfortable but for the price, there could have been some bottled water in the room and some eggs and sausages for breakfast instead of bread, muffins and cereal. Overpriced for what you get.

The bed was dirty there was a mans old sock under the covers and little black hairs all over the fitted sheet in the one bed. We got switched rooms and the second new room the shower was disgusting and uncleaned. Very disappointing.

Staff were nice, and the place was clean, but the price point is way out of line. In terms of decor, quality of fixtures and finishings, smell and feel, this should be a 150 dollar motel room. Yes, there is a hot with a hot tub and mirror. But at 400+ dollars, presumably because it's across the street from the casino, it doesn't feel like great value.
