There is no bathroom in Lobby. Private function in restaurant therefore no bathroom. Had to ask for breakfast - just cereal and coffee out. Water in cafe was warm not hot. Tea and porridge was not hot! Sausage was gross ( not fully cooked) Staff at night helpful We were treated like we were the problem that breakfast wasn’t out yet. Sighing etc

We had reserved from Thursday to Sunday and since we didn’t show up on Thursday, we assumed they would charge us for that night. Instead, what they did was cancel our entire reservation for the weekend, and the hotel was full, so we had to go somewhere else. No notification was given on any of this, despite them having my email. We found out we had nowhere to stay when we arrived to check in. Don’t trust your reservation!

Staff was very courteous. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Most of the room was updated, but the jacuzzi tub needed attention. The breakfast should have been better prepared; they ran out of hot eggs at least 45 minutes before it was over.

The room was in decent condition, but it did have a very strong odor to it (Like dirty socks or a hockey bag) The front desk staff were very pleasant, especially the gentleman that checked me in. Breakfast was very basic and could use some more appealing items. Overall it was a bit pricey for what we got, but I assume the price was higher as it was a weekend.

Room and hallways were dirty. Dust and cobwebs in the room. Bedding was gross and pillows were lumpy. Hotel is very run down with a lot of windows leaking and some even cracked. Slept with clothes on because we were so uncomfortable with the state of the hotel/room. Would not stay again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Staff were Good. Hotel is rundown, could use repairs or upgrades.There is a strange unpleasant odor in the hallways and corridors. I was nervous walking into the room but it was clean & did not have the weird smell. Bed was very comfortable. Only complaint about room was that we were on the ground level at the back of the building & there was a creepy concrete staircase literally right outside our patio doors leading to underneath the building. It WAS convenient to be able to park the truck right outside the room though for loading purposes. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub, as the chlorine smell was sooo strong just walking through that area it made your eyes burn. Overall this hotel did the job of providing a comfortable bed to sleep in at a lower price which is what we needed since we were barely there other than to sleep.
