The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! The room and facility were clean and well stocked. Even though we stayed there (3 people in 3 separate cars), during a bad snowstorm, we all found enough parking and the walkways were always clear

We recently stayed at Fairview Inn Orillia and ended up turning our one-night trip into a two-night getaway because we just loved it there. The room was super clean, the breakfast was fantastic, and the location made it really easy to get around and explore. The best part was definitely the staff—they were all so friendly and helpful. Special shout-outs to Paul and Jasmine at the front desk, and Melanie in the back of house, for going above and beyond to make our stay extra pleasant. If you're heading to Orillia, we'd definitely recommend checking out Fairview Inn. It made our trip so much better, and we're already looking forward to our next visit!

Great breakfast selections. Friendly staff. Two elevators so never a wait. Quiet area far enough away from highway. Things that could better, coffee is weak and no hot chocolate. Competitors have nice fancy all in one machines that you can brew a strong coffee or hot chocolate. Hotel is fairly new yet already stains in bathroom tile grouts and shower. Snow removal started at 6-6:30am and was loud with a room on the 5th floor (windows are not very insulated). Hallways are brightly lit yet rooms are dark with just one overhead light. More pot lights are needed. Location is not very friendly for towing or commercial vehicles, narrow side street with very tight corners, not easy to navigate for such an undeveloped spot/space. Overall a beautiful hotel but short on value.

Everything was great! The atmosphere was nice and the breakfast was excellent. The staff in the breakfast room were very nice, professional and friendly. One staff in particular stood out for excellent hospitality. Her name is Melody. My name is Helen and I was one of 3 sharing a room. We went to the theatre next to the hotel and enjoyed our evening as well.
