Cumbersome enrollment

The enrollment and check in processes were tedious and cumbersome, due to no human staff on site. Once we got in the apartment was fine, except for a clogged drain in the bathroom sink. Parking was difficult. First, a long drive to the 7th floor. Then the parking spots were marked for individual units, but the labels were in a random non-numerical sequence and couldn't be read in the dim light without leaving the car. There were plenty of empty spaces, so we finally just chose one.

I was a bit inconvenienced. I wasn’t informed that someone would be by to change the filters. They were overly insistent about coming in to the apartment. It frightened me. I called concierge, and had them on speaker phone to hear them tell them to comeback another day. They still insisted, they left after I threatened to get my money back.

Great place to stay- close to everything you need. A bit loud at night with constrution happening close by and also a night club across the street that gets very busy on weekend nights. The pool and hot tub was fantastic. Lots of great restaurant's near by. We will be back.
