Paolo the property manager was super helpful booking a chef for a few evenings and day trips to nearby towns and wineries. He always was quick to respond, answered all of our questions and made it all so easy and trouble free. Stefano was our contact at the property and always replied immediately if we needed anything… super lovely, he also handled our transport to the local towns and wineries. We loved our stay. "
