Great for families

The pool area was amazing! The restaurant had food the kids actually loved! The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable! You only enter the building through the main entrance and the parking lot fills up quickly so be prepared to walk for parking.

The a/c in our original room didn’t work so we were changed to an identical room. The a/c in that room worked, but still wasn’t as cool as it should have been.

Will definitely stay here again! Rooms are clean and up to date. Beds are comfy. We spent the day by the pool and had a BLAST. Love you can order drinks and food poolside. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of foods for everyone. New favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge
