This is my favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge. The swimming area has so much to do amd offer. The food was good, and staff great. The rooms were clean and beautiful. I give this place 5 stars and will be returning here soon.

This hotel is wonderful! It’s so clean and beautifully decorated. Room- We stayed in a standard room with 2 queen beds. Our room was beautiful and spacious. We were on the 7th floor in a corner where we had a Mountain View from the balcony but a slight pool view from the window. Perfect spot! Nice and quiet. Beds were comfy but I did listen to reviews and brought my own pillow. Shower was huge! I was a little disappointed there was no tub because my kids are used to baths, but it was fine. The only thing I did not like was how there was nothing to divide the toilet area from the rest of the bathroom. A pocket door would have been perfect. Pool- The pool area was huge, clean, and so much fun! My son loved the slides. I enjoyed the lazy river and my daughter loved the spray features. We went to the pool in the afternoon, usually between 1 and 2 and it wasn’t too crowded. It did look busy at night time, especially the slides. Food- The breakfast was yummy! I liked the island potatoes, eggs, and salsa.

Nice hotel!

Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning would not adjust below 67 so it was a little warm at night. The pool area was very nice. Had a crowd outside our room the first night that were a little loud later than they should have been for the hour (11:00 AM)

Great place to stay!

The lazy river was a blast. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had a balcony that overlooked the Pigeon Forge parkway with a beautiful view of the sunsets. The hotel was very clean with free water and coffee available in the lobby. I used the gym, and it had everything I needed for a great vacation workout. Great location with several restaurants within walking distance. They provided a breakfast with a good selection. I'd 100% recommend. We plan to come back and bring our grandkids to their waterpark (which essentially is what they have, a small waterpark).

One of the best, if not the best, Hotels we have ever stayed at in Pigeon Forge Tennessee. You will not disappointed if you chose this property. Great amenities, free breakfast, rooms are over the top, excellent staff. Would rate the property overall a strong 10!
