It's nice but I got the room with a pool View and it is extremely noisy on the balcony between the noise from the pool waterfalls and the water slide and the loud havc system on the end of the balcony not very relaxing but overall was good

Nice hotel but slacking some on service

Very clean hotel. Check in is a little difficult with the music being extremely loud making it difficult to hear what the staff is saying. Last stay we were given extra coffee pods and bottled water for a 2 day stay but this wasn’t the case this stay. You are paying an amenities fee and should not have to ask. Parking is plentiful except they do not offer enough spaces for those with disabilities. I also noticed valet parking is no longer offered but we never have used this service.

Enjoyed breakfast on site. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Especially Svitlana, she was very friendly and helped get us what we needed for my young grandchildren. She definitely went the extra mile. Also the lady who checked my husband and I in when we arrived was very friendly as well. I did not get her name. The beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was great. Everything was clean, hope you always keep it that way! We had pool view of the awesome pool area. If I could change anything, it would be a small sink and microwave at the counter above the fridge. It was an awesome stay and hope to visit again in the future.
