From Bugs to Greatness

Aside from the reality that we met some Tennessee bugs for the first time in our room before being moved to another room, this was an outstanding experience. The hotel and everything were great, the people were great, the experience was great, and the park was great. Shannon from the restaurant, if you're out there, you're incredible and she made our entire trip. Even though our first few minutes in the hotel were a little crazy learning about Tennessee bugs, the hotel came through and did everything they could to make us happy and it worked. We left all smiles.

If you love dolly you’ll love it here

Absolutely fantastic, staff so friendly nothing a problem, Dollywood a short free tram ride away, so much to do but would recommend you hire a car or use uber as hotel do not provide a taxi number or service.

Staying at dollywood resort was a great experience. The staff were friendly and we were greeted with some fresh lemonade. I liked how staying at resort came with perks: getting free timesavers pass ($60 value), free preferred parking at the amusement park if you choose to use this, free shuttle service from the front of the hotel to the front of the amusement park (runs every 15-20mins) , etc. I just wished we stayed more than 1 day to enjoy all the other amenities at the resort like the swimming pool, spa, campfire snores, etc.

The property was very pretty and well taken care of. Staff was respectful, thorough and kind. Time saver passes to Dollywood and access to the shuttle were a terrific benefit of staying at this hotel!

I really appreciated the various porches and outside spaces with rocking chairs to just relax with a cup of coffee and watch people come and go. Very nice staff in the dining room and cafe. Only not-so-great experience was the pizza - it's not very good.

One thing that was unique about the Dreamore experience for us was our interactions with the staff. From housekeeping to valets to gift shop attendant, everyone seemed happy to be a part of Dreamore. One woman in particular, Miss Cricket, had an interaction with our teenage daughter that put a lump in my throat. The kindess and attententiveness alone would bring us back again.
