Never empty trash If you wanted towels you had to get them yourself at the office. Assuming the same for bed sheets as no one ever came into our room. If you don't have staff don't rent the rooms.

Needs some updating, bathroom very bad condition. Not well cleaned. Refrigerator frozen over. We chose that motel because pet friendly but will find another place if we get to come back another time.

Its 90 plus degrees and the AC was off in the room so our room was extremely hot somewhere around 1am it was just around 75 degrees will never stay here again

The lady at check in was friendly and kind. The pool doesn’t open till 10am which makes no sense. They don’t serve breakfast. The room was absolutely filthy.

Upon check in, the room was nasty. Floors unswept, shower not clean, shower drain clogged. And got ate up by some type of bug. So if you want something cheap this is ideal. But keep in mind CHEAP ISNT ALWAYS BETTER. Definitely will not be back!

Property is old and really needs updating but was very clean .Property is on the strip close to everything. This was my 3rd stay with them this summer. Each time was a pleasant stay . I stayed a week each time . Would recommend

It was close to everything we did and what i didn't like there waa a lamp that didn't work the bed were to hard and housekeeper never came to give us clean towels

The location was good, right on the strip in pigeon forge The pictures online are differently not what they look like We had several rooms booked here for out group We was all a little disappointed when we got there I wouldn't say i will never stay there again but this would be my last option There is no room service so if you need towels or toilet paper or whatever you have to go to the front desk and get it It was ok but was not anything to get excited about
