Our Christmas stay- 3 bedroom condo

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this 10 months out and are repeat guest. I do not see us returning. This has always been condos we have recommended to so many friends but after this last stay it will most likely be our last. When we arrived the refrigerator was all dented. I went immediately and told the front desk. We died not want anyone to think we had damaged it. One bathroom still had urine on the seat. We went to turn the fireplace on (this is one of our favorite things to do and enjoy the mountain feeling) and it didn’t work. I went and told the front desk and they just said yeah the parts been on back order. I went to take a bath in the master bedroom and never turned the jets on. I jumped out of the tub when I saw what looked like maggots in the tub. Maybe they came from the jet holes but again I had not even had a chance to turn the jets on. I just left the water as is and when we left I called the front desk and told them. The carpet felt damp and the pillows all seemed completely worn out and flat in the sofas.

My only complaint was the noise of the traffic - You take the good with the bad. It is close to Dollywood and the Old Mill - two of our favorites. But sitting in the middle of town also comes with the sound of town. Overall it was a great experience and we would gladly stay there again.

The condos are roomy and very well laid out. You are close enough to walk to The Old Mill District. The downfall of this property is the traffic noise you have in the master bedroom.
