The ONLY positive thing I have to say about this place is that the air conditioning worked. . There was a perpetual smell of weed in the floor we were on and the staff did not care. It had a small kitchenette, not that it mattered. There were practically no items to use in it. One small waiter pan. No pot to boil water. Like someone flying in would be brining in kitchen pots, pans and supplies???? There was a roach in our room but I did not bother cleaning informing the staff as they did not care about anything. Stay somewhere else- anywhere else.

Great price. Simple stay

The stay was pretty nice. Only a couple downsides but nothing critical. There was only one, really slow, working elevator. Breakfast was simple but it's included at least. They did a great job at cleaning our room. The host greeted us well and told us everything we needed to know. My kids loved the inside and outside pool, and hot tubs. The lazy river was small but it was just surprising they had one. It's a great place with great pricing

Last Minute Save

My original reservation was not with LeConte Hotel & Convention Center. I had issues accessing my original rental so I had to get a hotel last minute, late at night. Made the reservation online, showed up to the hotel minutes later. LeConte Hotel & Convention had my reservation, room was ready with amenities I needed. The front desk receptionist was amazing! Seriously, I really appreciated her customer service.

This was our third stay at LeConte. The beds are comfortable, the kitchenettes are convenient, everything is clean and staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast has different options, but the hot items weren't that great this time around. It's close to the parkway, but not noisy at all and there's never a problem getting in and out of the property.

Friendly and clean

Check in was quick and easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean, snacks were well stocked. The pool looked good but we weren’t able to go to the pool. The room was very nice and was extremely clean. I spilled something on the floor and wiped it up and used a rag to wipe around the area and the rag was clean like I had never touched it. I was very impressed because most hotels aren’t that clean. The room was nice and the little kitchenette had a pot, pan and a few utensils so if you plan to use the kitchen, bring some items to use. Lighting could have been better and they would benefit having EV charging stations

The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready but we needed something to do with the kids. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to go swim in the pool until our room was ready. It was a great way to occupy the kids after a long drive. It was a nice heated indoor pool. There was an outdoor lazy river but the weather wasn’t cooperating for that. The morning breakfast options worked well and the staff serving breakfast was helpful and friendly. Overall, all the staff we encountered were top notch!

I enjoyed this property being several blocks off the main strip. It made it so much quieter and the surroundings were lovely. All of the staff from front desk to the breakfast staff and cleaning were friendly and very nice.

The property boasts that they are fully ADA Compliant but they are NOT. They only have 6 rooms and none are able to be booked through third-party agencies according to their rude and disrespectful manager. All other staff were extremely helpful. This property has so much potential but the fact that they mislead on ADA options is shameful

Wonderful experience

The 2 queen suite with a couch pull out bed that slept six total was perfect for our family! The beds were comfortable, the room was very clean. The breakfast was nice and the ladies running the breakfast were so kind and friendly! We enjoyed using both the indoor and outdoor pools during our stay and they were great, well maintained also. We would definitely choose to stay here again!
