It was clean, staff was very nice. Room was big and bathroom was awesome. Parking was not good, too far from the hotel. Location was perfect. Staff at check-in, breakfast team and check-out were wonderful. We felt very welcomed.

This hotel is just as nice as its sister hotel inside the island. I can’t say enough on how great this hotel was. It was super clean the rooms were spacious and well kept and every member of the staff especially the check in staff were so so nice and accommodating!

When arriving at the room we found the TV was not working. We called the front desk and they told us someone would be right up to fix it. After 30 minutes we went down to the desk to ask again for it to be fixed and they said they would send someone up to fix it while we were at dinner. There was not much parking around the building however they did have a back parking lot across the street that they had in which you could park. It was just very inconvenient for handicap patrons

We booked 2 rooms w balconies. We knew they would face the highway but didnt realize we could almost touch some type of transformer while standing on balcony. Dissapointed no bar in the hotel and size of outdoor pool. If we ever went back we would stay at the Hotel vs Inn. Staff was very friendly!
