If you have kids this is the hotel for you! They asked to leave Dollywood so that they could enjoy the hotel. The pool was awesome and everyone had a great time. Breakfast was delicious and there was something for everyone. This hotel had it all.

We had a great stay. The only thing we didn’t like was the roll away bed we got for our room and as very uncomfortable. You could feel all the springs. Those mattresses really need replaced. The pool and breakfast were great and we loved the location

Okay but wouldn’t stay again

Didn’t realise when booking that there were two hotels until we went to book in and we were sent across the road which is only two star. Felt the hotel was a bit outdated, room had a musty smell on arrival so didn’t feel clean. Breakfast was okay but not much options, same every day, also no teabags only coffee. The indoor and outdoor pools were lovely and heated.

Staying at Music Road Resort Hotel

It was a wonderful experience to stay at this hotel. The room was very clean as well as the rest of the hotel including the breakfast area and the sitting areas near the beautiful fireplace outside the lobby area. Our room was missing a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board and within several minutes those items were brought to our room :)
