The cabin was clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was convenient. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. We stay in cabins often in December for our anniversary and every other cabin we’ve stayed in had Christmas decorations up. It was a little disappointing that there weren’t any. I was surprised at the previous reviews as my experience wasn’t as good. The cabin had such a strong odor of pine sol or whatever it was they cleaned with on top of a dirty vacuum or dog smell, even though it’s suppose to be no pets. It was cold so we couldn’t open windows to air it out. It gave me a headache. The communication wasn’t great. I messaged the host 3 times and my questions weren’t answered and the 3rd message was regarding check in instructions and the response was I hope you’re enjoying your stay. (we weren’t even there yet). They were automated responses. The tub upstairs barely had warm water and it drained so slow when taking a shower you stood in ankle high water. The downstairs has space heaters because it pretty cold down there but if you plug them in on the same circuit you’ll blow the breaker. The front bedroom window was unlocked and open at the top because it couldn’t be shut or locked properly when we arrived.

Overall stay was great. Main bathroom needs the shower head cleaned so it sprays better and you can only use one shower at a time .water pressure and temp could have been better. Rental was super cleanand easy to access. Host responded quickly and was helpful.thanks for the stay.

Property was beautiful! Very clean and we appreciated that paper products and linens were included. Checkout was a breeze as well. This property has hospitable hosts and you actually feel like you’re on vacation not having to provide everything and do the housekeeping before you leave. Would highly recommend!

Overall great location and house was as represented only issue (when booking needed two full baths as we were traveling with another couple staying and one shower didn’t work.) Please note that owner was able to get plumber there the next day. Leaving two days of sharing not ideal but worked out had a great trip.Will be saving this one for future definitely will stay again.
