This property was not cleaned properly,the decks were covered in cobwebs,floors inside dirty,video games do not work as described,beds not comfortable. Great location,do nit attempt to go to pool,small community pool with over 100 people there,only 2 tables and few chairs

I Tell it like it is!

Property was lovely and large enough for a large family with all the amenities of home. However, bedsheets appeared dirty and not changed, tub did not drain properly and I inside and out could have been cleaner.Hot tub old and in need of replacement. It had a musty smell and mold.Kitchen utensils a mess and in no specific order. There was a seasoning/food filled cabinet with food particles scattered on shelves. Just not a very clean place. Needs some TLC.

Amazing Cabin

We stayed here the first week of December and it was decorated nicely for the holidays. Everything was clean and Deric always answered any messages or questions I had. He is a great host and this cabin is a must. We will be booking again. Plenty of room and things to do. Also had everything we needed right in the cabin

Great Place to Stay

First of all, Deric is an awesome owner that will make accommodations when needed. The place was very clean and well put together. The location was great, very close to downtown but far enough away to feel like you're in a cabin in the woods. I highly recommend VRBOing this location.

Perfect amount of space for our family of 5! Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Great working kitchen. Gas fireplace in family room kept us warm & toasty. Deric was quick to respond to some questions of ours.

Dollywood lights

The location is near restaurant, Dollywood and other attractions! The beds were cozy and extremely comfortable. The kitchen had pretty much any item needed to prepare a home cooked meal. Nice big kitchen table, gorgeous thick hard wood, a true piece of art! My married daughters enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub with a glass of wine after a long day walking at Dollywood! Cabin was cozy and decorated for Christmas! My granddaughters love it. They love the big bear centerpiece on the table that ate breakfast and dinner with the family! Nice visit! We enjoyed our stay and will come again!

Perfect setting and BEARS!

Great, comfortable cabin that was exactly as the listing shows. Secluded from all of the city traffic but close enough to everything you need. Deric, the owner, kept in constant contact to make sure everything was exactly as promised. We wish the fireplace in the main room was accessible (we stayed in October; fireplace is functional November through the end of February) as it got into the upper 30’s at night. Not the end of the world by any means. We saw several black bears close to the property and that was incredible! HIGHLY recommend this cabin for your Pigeon Forge getaway! A+++++

Family getaway in the Smokies

My parents wanted us all to get together for a weekend. We never get a chance to do it with all of our busy lives. It was truly wonderful. Cabin was beautiful and has everything we needed. Great time!

Great stay.

Great cabin, and great stay. Property manager was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. Nice location not far from the parkway in pigeon forge, but far enough off to enjoy the peaceful mountains.
