Our stay was amazing. My daughter and I stayed here while we were on vacation...we were celebrating a belated 16th birthday gift for her. I have to say, after long days of shopping, parks and attractions it was really nice coming back to a comfy and quiet room. Thanks for adding to a great memory.

This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Pigeon Forge. The pools & hot tub were great. Outdoor pool was the best! My 6 year old loved the pool! Breakfast was great, can’t go wrong with waffles! Staff were super friendly. Room was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the view from our balcony too. There was a huge Cross to our right. Such a welcoming sight. We could see the Ferris wheel at The Island. Loved watching the lights at night. I highly recommend staying here!

We found that this property was close to both Krogers and Publix and the access to Teaster lane was easy to navigate around town

The young staff member who checked us in, answered questions, and assisted us with our TV was extremely pleasant and helpful. Overall, the facility was clean and appealing. However, our room had some dust in the corners. I also noticed that a picture on the wall was uncleaned, and the shower water overspill was causing damage to the baseboards. Breakfast was a slow process due to the microwave's wait to heat breakfast--suggest adding more. My only complaint would be when I saw the kitchen staff wipe a dirty table and then used the same cloth to clean the inside of all the waffle makers....purely disgusting. I had just brought to her attention a long black human hair in the fruit bowl so I didn't want to say anymore and it was our last day so I left unsaid. I would change this policy. Overall, we loved our room and our stay. Thanks

We stayed here for 3 nights and we really liked it! The breakfast was great and had a wide variety! Beds were comfy. The bathroom was a little tiny but other than we enjoyed it. The indoor spa hot tub and pool were my boys favorites lol. We would stay again!

Family Vacation

House keeping was horrible. Didn’t service the room at all. We had to get our own trash bags and towels. Took our own trash out and towels. The pool was nice. The other parts of the hotel was okay.

Good stay

The room was good. The beds however were the most uncomfortable beds weve ever slept on, it was like sleeping on the hard floor. The air conditioner didnt keep the whole room cool, and the office chair arm almost fell off. But all in all it was a good stay. Great breakfast, clean rooms, nice hot tub, very relaxing. Enjoyed having indoor and outdoor pools with reasonable open time frame's. We would probably stay again if we got more comfortable beds to sleep in.
