Literally the best bang for your buck. We live just over the mountain in Bryson city and come for a quick get away. Clean, professional, good breakfast and a pool, hot tub and splash pad! You can not beat the price. The staff was very nice and friendly as well!

Great place to stay

Everyone was very friendly. The room itself was very clean and housekeeping came in every day to change trash, make beds, and take out trash. The breakfast was wonderful with always something new on the menu. Although some of the choices were the same there was a lot to choose feom.

I gave this hotel a five star rating because the price for what they provide is exceptional. The kid, pool area and hot tub were an added bonus. Breakfast had numerous options which I found to be liberal for the price that was paid. I would definitely recommend this hotel for someone passing through. We selected this hotel since we were driving through the area and wanted to break up our drive.

Everything was wonderful. Traveled with a family of 4 and it fit all our needs perfectly. The lobby has a weird purfume smell. But the rooms do not smell at all. Everything is very clean. Will definitely stay again.

We loved pur roo. And for the price it was better than most. The locatoon was perfect The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was parking. There wasnt enough on Saturday and we had to park really far away from the room. The breakfast was excellent.

Won't come back.

When we checked in the receptionists absolutely did not want to be there. They made it very clear that they didn't want to be there doing their job. They told me they couldn't combine my rooms because apparently the two different reservations were under different rooms which wasn't that big of a deal. However, the first room we were booked into there were condoms in one of the drawers which shows me that they were not cleaning the rooms properly. The second room we got into was a bit cleaner but I did notice some spots on my sheets in the morning because we did not get into our second room until late. So I asked for new sheets and stripped my bed of all the sheets and the comforter. I had asked for the sheets at 8:00 a.m. and when I got back to the hotel room at 10:00 p.m. there still were no sheets or blankets in my room so I had to go back down to the front desk where the receptionist again seemed less than thrilled to go get me a new set of sheets and a comforter. I then had to make the bed myself. Overall the experience here has been less than satisfactory.

I booked two separate stays because we decided to extend our vacation by a day. They told me that they couldn't combine my reservations which wasn't that big of an issue. But it is something to note. The receptionist when I checked in the first night. Obviously did not want to be there doing his job. The first room we stayed in there were condoms in one of the drawers which shows that they are not cleaning the rooms properly. The attendant that checked us in for our second booking was much nicer and friendly. However, we did not check in till very late and when I looked at the sheets in the morning there were spots on them so I ripped them off the bed and requested that our sheets be changed at 8:00 a.m.. we did not get back to the hotel room until 10:00 p.m. that night and nobody ever came and changed our sheets and when I went and asked the front desk attendant for new sheets and a new comforter he again seemed very irritated that I was asking him for something. I then had to make the bed myself because they couldn't be bothered.
