I called and asked if pool was open before booking. I was told yes. At check in I was not informed that the pool was not in service. Went to go swimming and it was closed. The gentleman at the front desk was unpleasant and requested proof of time I had called inquiring about pool. The purpose of staying was to go swimming

Fitness center was accessible only to tenants in rooms. Overall a good stay experience. What I didn't like about the hotel, was that the pool was not open. And no where in their website stated that the pool was under renovation. The reson why i stayed there was because i have stayed there previously and wanted to experience the pool feature once more to celebrate my son's 15th birthday. We were so disappointed when we learned the pool was closed.

This was our second time staying here and both times was excellent. Front desk staff was phenomenal and very friendly. Rooms and entire hotel is always clean and well kept, inside and out. Pool was perfect even while it was snowing outside. Coffee and breakfast was top notch.

Enjoyed our stay!

Our first time staying here and we were very pleased. Very good room and a great breakfast to start our day! VERY good location! We Hope to come back next year.
