Spacious house with enough room to spread out, which was nice. The three levels made it enjoyable for everyone.The good: the location was good; close to Pigeon Forge and the grocery store. Communication with the host was quick.The okay: There were two books on the coffee table with conflicting information, which was confusing. I was interested how to clean up at check out - one book said we had to do all the laundry and sweep the floors! the other book said nothing of the sort. We waited for our check out text from the host; we didn't have to clean! The windows in the living room space let the air blow in. The curtains moved due to the wind blowing through the windows. It was cold, so being able to keep the house at a reasonable temperature proved hard as nothing was sealed well. The front door was the same; you can see daylight through it. It was basically there for the feel of security - I would recommend getting that fixed. Downstairs stayed incredibly cold. The water pressure in the upstairs bathroom sink was nonexistent and it never got warm to wash hands. The shower was burn your skin off hot and hard to find a comfortable temperature for our children. Parking is limitedâbe prepared for tight space. A few times we had to ask neighboring workers to move so we could get through, and they were courteous. Just want to give a clear picture of how tight it is.Good location!
