Updated Clean Spacious 3BR/2BA Condo right off the parkway! Pools/WiFi/Grills

Come stay in our spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo located just one block from the Pigeon Forge parkway! Unit #2201 is located on the second floor of building 2 in the Mountain View Condo complex. There is an elevator as well as stairs for your convenience. Our unit has 1400 square feet of comfortable living space to accommodate families and friends.

The large living room provides you with a sleeper sofa as well as recliners and sitting chair for your comfort. You will also find a electric fireplace, 50 inch flat screen TV and a nice covered private balcony where you can enjoy the view of the walking track that is often frequented by wild turkey. You will also enjoy a view of the mountains in the distance and at night during season you can see the Dollywood fireworks!

The fully equipped kitchen has an eat in bar with three bar stools and a kitchen table with four chairs. Our up to date kitchen includes granite counter tops, new appliances, Keurig, regular coffee pot, toaster, crockpot, hot skillet and much more.

The master suite offers a king bed with an extra comfortable mattress, 50 inch flat screen TV, and extra large attached private bath. The bath has a glass enclosed shower with a separate soaking jacuzzi tub.

The second bedroom offers a king size bed with new mattress and a 50 inch flat screen TV. There is also a full size tall air mattress with bedding in this rooms closet for an extra sleeping space.

The third bedroom offers queen size bed and a 32 inch flat screen TV.

There is a second full bathroom that has a full glass-enclosed shower as well.

You will find our complex has many amenities to keep your family and friends entertained. We have a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and indoor swimming pool that is open all year long. There is an outdoor jacuzzi, playground, walking trail, basketball court, shuffle board, corn hole, and horseshoe area. We also have several picnic tables and grills around the complex for you to enjoy.

A few suggestions

More handtowels and washcloths would be nice. The dryer took 2 cycles to dry and was not overloaded. I did clean the lint screen. A drain strainer in the bathrooms would be nice so you don't loose valuables down those drains. A caddy in the showers to put your shampoo, etc. would be very helpful. The handle to the freezer kept falling off.

Our stay was overall good. Having a almost 2 year old and 8 month old that was in the floor playing their hands and feet stayed black as well as ours. I was going to mop but i could not find a mop. The 8 month old crawling around his knees stayed black. We tried quilts on floor with alot of supervision so they didnt fall. Outlet covers would be helpful if young kids are going to be aloud to stay. We did love the pool. The playground had a hornets nest when we went that they did take care of but we never made it back. All in all it was a nice stay and we had a good time byt wanted to make the owner aware as i feel like the cleaning crew is not mopping the floor it was horrible. When the kids were on the floor if they even put their hands on their face black came off. The handle on the freezer was very very loose and u could tell they never put it own good probably after last stay. I think i would consider talking to the dumpster company. They came at 4 in the morning the noise was crazy yep the kids woke up scared one and she stayed up for some time Thank you
