The first room we had was disgusting. There was animal hair all on the bed and stains all over the comforter and pillow cases. Black mold on the walls, cobwebs on the walls with bugs…etc. The second room we were moved too was cleaner but the mirror on the wall had hand writing all over it and the ceiling “paint” was falling off into the floor. Front desk staff was nice and the lobby/outside was nice.

The room was gross, carpet so dirty I didn’t wanna take my shoes off. You could smell the mold in the rooms. Fortunately it was a short trip or we wouldn’t have been able to stay. Also the rooms are missing a lot of lights, as well as the parking lot isn’t lit at all.

The hot tub and the pool did not look clean. They were both green.
No room cleaning service at all. We stayed 3 nights and had to go get our own clean towels. No one ever came to get dirty ones.
They refused to bring out enough food to feed everyone for breakfast. Would only bring out a couple of items at a time.
Would not stay there again.
This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever been to, very unclean, pool was nasty and closed, stains on the bed, breakfast was nasty, and pillowcases, spiders on the bed, and to top it off it took me almost an hour to check out because the man was gone, no where to be found!
Having a balcony was nice. Otherwise, eh.
I had to ask for soap as there was no hand soap in the room when we checked in.
It wasn't disgusting, but it wasn't clean. I don't think it's cleaned very well as there was stuff in the nightstand that was not mine.
Hot tub was barely warm at all (my friend's 3 year old swam in it fine).
I didn't try their breakfast.
Overall, it's a cheap hotel. I'm sure there are worse places to stay, but it definitely could have been better.

clean room but filthy pool/sauna. Breakfast never open on time (7am) with cold food.
No housekeeping offered. I had to take out my own trash from the room. I had to bring down my own towels and go get fresh ones along with tracking down toiletpaper. Comforter/towels/washclothes stained.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Room was old and it was evident that it cleanliness is not an option. Bathroom floor was dirty. All ice machines were broken throughout the hotel. Front desk was vacant with a sign on the counter with a phone number to call for a clerk. Dining area was dirty and limited on breakfast selections. No maid service for the two day stay. I did not expect much for the price but I don’t recommend this place.
The room had roaches and other bugs in it and the beds were very uncomfortable. I booked a room with a balcony with 2 queen beds and they gave us a room with 2 full size beds and no balcony. The person at the desk said there was no rooms with queen beds in them and no balcony rooms available. I was scared to turn the shower on because of the amount of bugs. We cut our vacation short because of this hotel. We will never stay there again. The breakfast provided was very limited. The gravy had a hair in it. Just overall a horrible stay.
This property represents a fire hazard and the management does not care. Our room had a slow leak from the ceiling that dripped down on one of our cell phones. Upon inspection, the lamp on the end table showed signs of rust where the water had been dripping onto for a long time and the plugs on the base did not work. One of the pillows had a stain on the cover (we did not use) and there were multiple stains on the carpet. The ironing board did not have cover and was grated metal. I reported all this to the manager and he said he would approve a refund but when Hotels.com contacted him, he refused and Hotels.com has not helped me get a refund. I have all the pictures showing the dangerous condition and I paid $250 for this room and the hotel should be shut down until the fire hazard is corrected.
Very bad service and the place needs a lot of work
The first night the roof was leaking and it got on both beds and on the table beside the bed and all over the phone. They put us in another room for the next night and when we got up that morning to shower there was no hot water.
