Our condo suite was spotless & we had plenty of room for 9 adults. Communication w/staff was easy. We had some issues with TV remotes (no big deal), but everything was fixed quickly. Would like to see access to the fitness center earlier. Someone from our group tried to get in a few times (including when the pool was technically open) and she couldn’t get in. Aside from those very minor things, it was a great stay. Would be willing to stay there again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! It's conveniently located right off the main road and just minutes from The Island, Dollywood, and other top attractions. We typically book a log cabin, but this condo actually exceeded our expectations.I thought I’d miss having a private hot tub on the balcony, but we didn’t at all. The indoor and outdoor hot tubs are open late, and the pools stay open late too. The kids especially loved the lazy river—though we all agreed it could be a bit faster!The condo itself was incredibly spacious, with four large bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a generous living area. Our balcony overlooked the mountains, offering a peaceful and quiet retreat. The kitchen was well-stocked with supplies for cooking (though we opted to eat out), and the fire pit and grills looked great—even though we didn’t use them.Despite it being Labor Day weekend and the property being packed, we still found quiet moments at the pool and hot tubs, which was a pleasant surprise.Minor drawbacks: the closets could use more hangers, and a few dishwasher detergent packets would’ve been appreciated—I wasn’t about to buy a whole box for a short stay.Overall, we were very happy and would absolutely stay here again!
