"Staff did not clean the suite the second night we stayed. It was our wedding night and the room was a mess from me and my party getting ready that morning. Staff was sort of ok, but I feel like they help bare minimum. And they charge a $250 deposit per room that we were not prepared to pay. For a stay for a night to see family or visit the area, it was fine. For a wedding event, not good. "

They continue to be incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure everything is seamless and comfortable. The home is consistently clean, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. The owners had decorated for Christmas, had a welcome note and a bottle of wine for us, and made sure the home was warm and cozy — it instantly felt like home.After a bad storm our first night, they even checked in on us the next morning to make sure everything was okay, which truly meant a lot. Their kindness and attentiveness made our stay even more special.The property itself is absolutely gorgeous inside and out.
