The room needs updating, there was no water to take a shower one day, the air conditioning is very old, there was a problem, a technician was sent but at night it broke again and I had no air. "Beach across street was super nice, safe and very convenient area, staff was friendly and food was good for the price we paid. Bought half board, but when we checked in was told it wasn’t on the system, we were allowed to have dinner, but it took 3 days to have our name on the list, kind of embarrassing. 2 of the 3 pools including the kids pool was very dirty the last 2 days of our stay. Housekeeping made us very special decorating our room, very sweet, special thanks to Mayane. I would go back for sure, but would not buy half board included. "
