The property was beautiful. But they were extremely unorganized. Our flight there was delayed and we missed our bus transportation by minutes. So we had to wait at the airport for a whole hour to get the next bus. The transportation is a scheduled bus not individualized. There was a waiting room at the airport where they checked us in, but we still had to re check in when we got to the hotel, and this was so timely.
The property was extremely large to a point where even the workers there did not know where places were, what restaurants were open or what restaurants needed a reservation. We asked multiple workers where the new restaurants were and we were giver wrong directions or simply they were not sure. We were told in the beginning of the trip that these new restaurants did not need a reservation but when we tried to go, they did. The restaurants can go from not needing reservation to needing reservations and the only way to know is if you go the restaurant and find out because if you call the front desk, no one picks up. It was hard to get a hold of anyone, you have to just walk up to the front desk. The food was really good and the drinks were also good. If you have little kids, it’s not worth it, they can’t do much at the parks. It’s geared for 10 year olds or older. They advertise water slides, but they were under construction still. Check out the as awful. It’s a very long process of waiting in a long line and another line just to get on the bus. I would not return.
