Everything is kept clean and tidy in the rooms and on the grounds. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful answering questions about the area and arranging tours. Our room was very comfortable and spotless every day. "

"Staff was so great that I will overlook that the room was kind of damped if the AC was not ON. It was in the middle of nowhere, unless you know where to look. But the tours guys will show up and believe me, go for it, you won’t be disappointed. We got Jose, a native, and we really enjoy the tour. Go for the lunch on the “Condillo” island, a blast! One thing, the water in the room is salty, but you can bathe with it (some people don’t like it) and they provide bottle water (4), for drinking and mouthwash. "

A beautiful hidden gem not too far from the airport & they connected us with someone who could pick us up at the airport his name was Andres what a beautiful soul, so genuine. I forgot the staff members name he was a server a nice man every year we go he is always attentive with everything. Every year we go back he's always so nice & remembers us the hotel staff checking you in is so pleasant & upgraded us to an ocean view when i book through expedia such an amazing establishment."
