This hotel received over eight star ratings on the site where I found it. I was very disappointed when I got to the hotel, specifically the room. The pillows were uncomfortable and either very small, or had lost all of their fluff so they shoved them in tiny pillowcase.The pillowcases were thin, dingy and had holes in them. It really grossed me out and I had a hard time sleeping because I had my head on it and it just felt dirty. The towels were frayed at the edges and also looked old and dingy. It certainly could’ve been worse, but the entire hotel looked like it needed to be deep cleaned. If it had been rated a 5 or 6 out of 10 I would’ve expected all of this. But if something is rated over an eight, I expect it to be in good shape and comfortable. This hotel did not deliver. I don’t like complaining, but ratings are very important to me and the ratings I saw for this hotel were not accurate at all. I would not recommend or stay here again unless there was nothing else available. And I was desperate.

The check-in staff (forgot his name - male) was courteous, helpful and attentive. I appreciated the call a few minutes after we entered the room... asking if the room was to our liking. The other staff were pleasant and friendly as well.

We live here in Pocatello and this is our go to place for a staycation or even like last night we didn’t have power for almost two days so we stayed the pool and hot tub are always great. Breakfast is always hot and fresh with lots of choices even if you need it to go can grab fruit and and a muffin
