Beach house with room for everyone! 2 blocks to the beach with inground pool.


Stunning open concept beach house with massive first floor offering 2 separate family rooms. The first is a large living room with big screen smart TV and a beautiful covered porch to enjoy your morning coffee or a good meal. The second off the kitchen allows a great second space perfect for two families or families with kids so everyone has their own space.
The second floor has 5 large bedroom including a huge master with tv and on suite. The second floor also has another room with a tv as well as a hall bath. The third floor offers and expansive loft area with multiple beds and a full bath. Fun space for the kids to have their own space.
Not only is the house two blocks to the beach and boardwalk and also two blocks to the wonderful downtown area where you can find many awesome restaurants and shops. If your not up for a day at the beach, the backyard is a wonderful oasis with a inground swimming pool, grill and seating for all!

You must be 30 years of age or older to rent the property. Valid ID with rental agreement will be required. House is on a Saturday to Saturday rental during peak season. The house does not come with linens or paper good, please plan on either renting lines or bringing your own. Same goes with all paper goods. Propane is filled at the beginning of the season, but if empty it is the tenants responsibility to fill if they wish.

Family vacation in Point Pleasant NJ

The beach house was perfect for our family of 10. We really loved the accommodations and the pool. Everything was in good condition, close to beach and boardwalk. Pool was beautiful but the pool furniture and umbrellas could be updated. Other than that would recommend this beach house for your family vacation. The owner, Brian, was very responsive and easy to deal with.

Great location but could use a little TLC with cleaning

This is our second time at this property and works well because we are 4 families with children. The rug was dirty and some of the mattress pads were stained (gross). Maybe it was because it was the end of the season? We also had to buy propane for the grill. It is a good location for the beach, boardwalk, church and Hoffmans. You do hear hotel noise across the street.

Multi family vacation

The location was perfect. Close walk to beach(7-8 min) and decent restaurants(10 min). Board walk down the street. Good off st parking. Very quite neighborhood. House has an open floor plan with plenty of room for our group. Never felt crowded. Pool was well maintained. House was clean upon arrival. Only critical comment, for a house of this size, could have used another full bathroom. Would highly recommend for large families.

Vrbo house

Brian was so accommodating and helpful during the whole booking process as well as the rental period. We rented to have a place for friends and family to stay for our wedding. House was gorgeous, huge, great location and very clean! Worked perfectly!! Our friends and family had a great time and were in awe of the space. Brian was available if we needed anything or had any questions. He checked in to make sure everything was going ok
 which it was! Would recommend him or his properties to anyone looking in area.

Family Fun

This was a vacation rental that brought together my family but also my sisters and cousins rented nearby in Point Pleasant. This is a family friendly location for all age groups. The location and amenities of the property were beyond my expectations. The pool was well maintained and the pool furniture comfortably. My family consisted of 8 adults and 8 children. 5-12. The floor plan allowed for each age groups to have space for their activities. The bedroom accommodations were comfortable with more than adequate storage. The kitchen is stocked to accommodate more than 16 people and equipped to prepare food for a large group. The 2nd refrigerator was an additional bonus, as well as the outside tables. My family particularly like the large dining table for eating and family games. Brian was very easy to deal with. He was responsive to my question pertaining to the house and the area. This rental was perfect for my family’s vacation.

Great Stay in Convenient location

We had a wonderful stay at the beach! It was wonderful to have a pool in the backyard and be such a close walk to the beach and the boardwalk. The only slight negative was that it could be a bit noisy at night, but it wasn't a hindrance to sleeping and we all slept really well (including babies and toddlers)!

Location! Location! Location!

Amazing family time! We had 9 adults and 2 little ones and house was perfect. Great common areas both inside and out. Two quick blocks from the beach and boardwalk, and with the pool we never ran out of fun!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and, given the size of our group, we were surprised to have enough room for everyone. The property itself containing a small yard and pool, having such close proximity to the boardwalk, beach, and downtown area was great and convenient as well. Family Beach House with an inground pool!

We had a wonderful time with our sons and their families at this large and comfortable Beach House, eleven of us! We were very happy with the location; walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, shopping and restaurants. The kids had a ball!

Great location

This house has everything you need. Having two refrigerators is extremely convenient. The open floor plan is great for so you can be with everyone and not be on top of each other. We had a few maintenance issues that Brian took care of for us. Highly recommend.
