Fabulous Point Pleasant Beach Home that is one of the absolute best homes in Point Pleasant Beach. Check out the video after the 2nd photo (cannot see on VRBO app, must view on regular web browser). Has A Heated Salt Water Pool With Waterfall and Three Levels Of Shore Living. Located One Block From The Beach and Boardwalk. It Has A Huge Driveway And Backyard. Has 6 Bedrooms, 5 Full Baths With Granite Counter Tops, Custom Shower Doors And Ceramic Tile. The First Floor Features A Large Living Room With Gas Fire Place And 9' Foot Beamed Ceilings. The Kitchen Is Custom With Viking Appliances And A Subzero Refrigerator. There Is a bedroom, full bathroom and Laundry Room on the first floor. Hardwood Floors, 75” TV with Surround Sound, Ceramic Flooring In The Kitchen, Laundry And All Bathrooms. The Second Floor Has 4 Bedrooms And 3 Full Baths. The 3rd Floor Has a lounge area/Family Room, Bedroom And Full Bathroom With Tub. 12 Beach Badges provided to use with rental.

This property is available for a weekly rental with Saturday check-in and check-out dates.

PLEASE NOTE: Our property does not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals (such as teenager groups) will not be honored. Multiple families with kids are more than welcome

Check-in is Saturday 3:00-6:00 PM. Check-out is Saturday by 10:00 AM. Guests will receive an email with check-in instructions 8 days prior to arrival, including steps for late arrival. Guests who book last-minute will get check-in instructions once the reservation is confirmed.

High chair, crib, etc. rental is available from Coastal Baby Rentals (732.272.6804 https://www.coastalbabyrentals.com/)

All bedding is provided. Bath and Hand Towels are included, but Beach and Pools towels are NOT included [either bring your own, or rent them from Coastal Linen Supply (732.830.8228 or https://coastallinen.com/) or Blue Cottage Linens (800.515.0401 or https://bluecottagelinens.com/). They will deliver clean sets to the house the day you check-in, and they will pick them up the day of check-out. You will not have to return them washed, they will do that.] Washer and Dryer available. An initial supply of soaps, detergent pods, trash bags, and paper products (paper towels, and toilet paper) are included. Be sure to add an additional supply of those items to your grocery list.

We had an amazing 4th of July week vacation in this wonderful house! Our family of 11 (3 generations) couldn't have asked for a more perfect location or a better stocked rental. The proximity to the beach/boardwalk was appreciated by all and we were even able to watch the boardwalk fireworks from the backyard. The salt water pool was a favorite gathering place with plenty of shade in the patio area. Our host Mark was very responsive throughout the entire process--from quickly answering questions before our stay, to a personalized orientation tour of the house upon check-in. We would definitely stay in this house again!

This home delivered!

Our family of 9 enjoyed our stay at this large, beautiful beach home. The home was spotless and was stocked with everything we could need. The beach was within walking distance and the use of the golf cart was a nice plus! Marc was extremely responsive before and during our stay. The back yard area with the pool was a great hit with our young grandchildren. We would highly recommend this rental!

Perfect Family House

A great family house with plenty of private space for all to enjoy. Location to the boardwalk, beach, downtown, and train adds to a perfect week. The host was available throughout, and the house came with great amenities. My family and I would definitely stay again.

Perfect home in a great location

Spacious home, well decorated and equipped. The owner met us at the house for a brief tour and some equipment instructions which was very helpful. Pool area was great for an extra swim, lounging and dining. Our family of 6 adults and two 2 year olds totally enjoyed ourselves.

Awesome Family Vacation

This property is amazing! Exactly as pictured and described in the listing, maybe even better! This house is high-end throughout - chargers in every room, furnishing, appliances and outdoor pool and patio were all modern, clean and well maintained This home was perfect for our extended family vacation, with plenty of room to gather in the house and outside patio, and just a short, easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. Mark was a wonderful host, quick to respond to any questions and also provided many amenities to make our stay as comfortable as home. Shower supplies and toiletries were stocked as well as K-cups for the week and even a goody bag with wine and treats. This was a first class property.

Great family vacation home!!

Our extended family of 11 had a terrific week in this home! The owner, Mark, met us when we arrived and went through all the instructions. He was also quite responsive to our every question throughout the week. All rooms were very spacious and lovely. The kitchen is well stocked, with lots of full, labeled cabinets, as well as two refrigerators! Fantastic size dining table. The beach buggy carts were a big help getting all our things back and forth. Terrific A/C with individual settings on each floor! All 11 of us were so very happy that we chose this home!

Heated Pool Super Organized & Spotless Home Near Everything

VRBO hosts Mark and Gail met us at the home at check-in. They showed us how to turn on pool waterfalls and how everything in the home worked. The kitchen is well organized and we had everything we needed. We had a family cookout and used the extra table from the garage for serving. The beach is a short walk and we used their beach buggy carts, chairs, and sand toys. After the beach it was nice to hop in the pool with the kids. This home is within walking distance to beach, Aquarium, rides, and restaurants. You can leave your car at the house (driveway parking for several cars) and enjoy the day. Beds were comfy and bathrooms spotless. This is a really nice house and great location. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The house was perfect for our extended family of 13 and provided everything possible for a fabulous week at the beach. The kids loved using the pool, the beach was an easy walk with so many fun activities, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Wonderful family vacation

The house exceeded our expectations! It was beautiful, spotless, and large. It was great that we each had our own spacious bedroom and bathroom! We lived in luxury! The kitchen was also large, well equipped and easy to use. Being close to the beach was great and we used the salt water pool daily. The extras they had (an additional fridge, beach chairs, beach wagons, beach passes, etc) made everything so much easier we would highly recommend this home!!!!

This house gets the top rating

Mark & Gail were wonderful hosts, who met us at checkin and took the time to show us around. The house is gorgeous, recently built and top of the line appliances and decor throughout the house. The location can’t be beat, easy walk down the block to the Boardwalk. Linens were included, and we didn’t have to worry about the basic toiletries they left the house stocked with all the necessities. They really thought of everything to make the stay most enjoyable. Can’t wait to go back!

This is the place for a family gathering!!

We spent a week in this beautiful home and loved every minute of it. Our host was gracious, responsive, and made the house incredibly easy to use and understand how everything worked. The attention to detail what is impeccable. The location couldn’t be any better. We ranged from six years old to 82 years old and the house is capable of housing people from all generations. If you are looking to be at the New Jersey shore, this is one property you should definitely stay at!

Awesome Spot

We loved our stay at Mark's place. The house was clean, well stocked and is in an amazing location. Mark and his wife were wonderful hosts. Our kids loved the pool, easy access to the boardwalk and the golf cart was a huge plus! The house served as a great gathering spot for all our family who live throughout Jersey and NYC. Lovely time!

Mark and his wife were so lovely! From the moment we stepped foot on their property until we left they exceeded our expectations! Their property is great for kids (we had 6 under 3) and the location to the boardwalk was amazing (except how much money we spent since the kids always wanted to go on the rides, haha). The pool was a great asset for our group! We highly recommend!
