The first floor consists of an open concept kitchen and living room area, which opens to an outside deck, 1 bedroom, full bath and washer and dryer. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Enjoy grilling and relaxing outside. The house comes with on site parking, permit parking passes (2), beach badges (6), beach chairs (4), as well as beach umbrellas (2).

Point Pleasant Beach Did Not Disappoint!

Overall, it was an amazing stay! Property was very clean and check in process was very easy. I especially liked that the property owner met us during check in. Beautiful house in a great location!

My family and I stayed for the week, and we had the best time! The house was immaculate when we arrived and included everything we could have needed. Great beach vacation

We had a wonderful week at the house. The place itself is beautiful and very clean. Jamie was very responsive and easy to work with. The location was fantastic, quick walk to the beach and quick walk to the boardwalk at night which the kids loved. There was a great breakfast and lunch place and donuts and coffee right across the street. We didn’t need to drive anywhere. Wonderful experience.

This is a great location for ocean lovers.

This is a great location within a short walk to Point Pleasant Beach, dining, Jenkinson’s Aquarium, Mini Golf, Amusement Rides, boardwalk, and Point Pleasant Beach fireworks can be seen right from your deck! Bring plenty of sunscreen! The house is beautifully appointed and was enjoyed by all. We had coffee on the deck in the morning and on some nights dinner there too! We had a great vacation at this lovely Point Pleasant Beach house. The house was exactly as pictured in the listing - bright, fresh, very clean and comfortable. The owner, James, is very responsive, easy to communicate with and provided us with all important information. The location was perfectly situated across the street from the beach and boardwalk areas with ample parking and quiet at nighttime. It's very cozy and nicely decorated. The back deck is a nice spot to chill. The front small area is great to watch the fireworks. Everything was supplied to clean the house while you're there.The kitchen was stocked well. I had 3 people stay and it was a perfect We were very comfortable. . The owner is available if you have questions. The location is great. A block from the beach. It's a quiet part of the beach. Which I really liked. The boardwalk is nice but the food is aways down. But not a bad walk at all. I think it's a great place to rent and across the street is a great donut shop that makes them warm to go. They were so good. Definitely rent this house. Your family will love it.
